"Neste momento estou hospedado no Minos Imperial. As instalações e a construção são excelentes, mas a organização e o serviço ficam muito aquém do esperado. O atendimento na receção, cozinha e parte do bar é pouco simpático e parece sem motivação. As salas de refeição são muito desorganizadas, com limpeza lenta das mesas e comida servida em pequenas quantidades. Para crianças, as opções são fracas — nem sequer há iogurtes individuais. Enviei um e-mail à administração no primeiro dia e até agora não obtive qualquer resposta. Muito dececionante para um resort desta categoria."

"As others have indicated, the rooms could do with a makeover especially the bathrooms. The place could also do with another bar as even though there are 2, they don’t open at the same time so evenings were crowded with not many places to sit and the bar was really busy. The food is acceptable and nicely cooked but not a huge variety, mainly meat and salads. Having said all that, we had a lovely time, the staff were amazing, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable."

"Acho que toda a gente é um pouco dura sobre este lugar. Eu vou ser completamente honesto sobre tudo O espaço é bonito e os apartamentos são limpos, acho que você recebe o que você paga, por isso não espere 5 estrelas de luxo para 2 estrelas. Há melhorias que podem ser feitas. Def não é suficientemente grande para 4 em um apartamento, felizmente nós reservamos 2 e foram dados apartamentos ao lado um do outro. Os banheiros são muito pequenos e as chuveiros não são grandes, mas bons o suficiente para se lavar. A piscina é limpa e adorável e profunda.É UMA boa caminhada de 20 minutos para Sissi, então preparem-se para um Monte de caminhadas ou alugar um carro. Nós tivemos UMA visão fantástica e fizemos sentir-se muito bem-vindos.Eu amo o quão tranquilo era."

"Ficámos no Castello Boutique Resort & Spa por 8 noites em Julho, depois de passarmos umas férias maravilhosas no hotel oposto, Castello Boutique Suites, ao mar. No nosso chegado, nós nos congratulamos com o calor e a genuína genuína. O hotel é bonito, elegante, limpo e relaxante, MAS o que realmente fez a nossa férias inesquecível, é o Espantoso Pessoal, todos são incrivelmente amigáveis, atendidos e sempre prontos para ajudar com um sorriso. Ao Sr. Dori, Jennifer e Balazs, que todos OS dias se sentem especiais, a Piña Colada de Balazs é a melhor de Sissi!Obrigado pela sua bondade e hospitalidade! Um dos pontos focais de nossa estadia foi o programa de entretenimento fantástico, e gostávamos de ter algo agradável a fazer todos os dias, não só no nosso hotel, mas também nos outros hotéis de Castello. Gostamos especialmente do ginásio Aqua, da Noite Cubana, Danças do Mundo, sabor do vinho e muitas outras atividades, tudo estava muito bem organizado e de um padrão muito elevado. Obrigado especialmente a Yasmine, cujo entusiasmo e energia positiva fizeram com que todos se sentissem bem-vindos e incluídos. Nunca houve um momento de pior durante a nossa estadia. A localização é também perfeita, apenas a uma curta caminhada do encantador porto e do belo vila de Sissi, tornando fácil desfrutar tanto do hotel tranquilo como da atmosfera local. Vasia Resort and Spa, Sissi, Crete
"The hotel in itself was clean enough and staff were always polite and welcoming. That said, there were 2 occasions where our rooms were not cleaned properly and toilet roll was not replaced. The hotel itself could do with a bit of TLC and smartening up. There are 2 pool areas and despite advertising that sunbeds are not to be reserved, unless you are there with your towels by 8am, you have little hope of getting a sunbed. The pool with the slides was constantly very murky and had a green tinge to it which put us off swimming in there. It is also very cramped around the pool with little room to be able to walk around. This was a problem as the only way we could access our rooms was to walk around the pool and through the sunbeds. It is advertised as quiet but that is definitely not the case. The gym was well equipped but sadly not air conditioned so it was impossible to really use due to the heat. Food was standard for an all inclusive and there was always plenty of choice as well as the option to use the A la carte once during our stay which was very nice. In my view, definitely not 5 star more like 3 and at a push 4. Sissi itself is a small traditional village and had lots of bars and tavernas. The ‘beach’ is not an actual beach - it is rocks and the part nearest the hotel would not be safe to swim. A short walk to the harbour where it is lovely to swim but still rocky so not a traditional beach. Boufos Bay is about a 15 min walk and is sandy with sunbeds but very rough seas some day. I think the hotel would be ok for families who are happy to sit around a noisy pool all day but it wasn’t for us. Definitely recommend watching the sunset from the harbour."

"These are lovely relaxed apartments with balconies overlooking the private pool and the sea beyond. The owner speaks excellent English and is very helpful, and everything is very well organised. There is a grocer’s across the road and a variety of bars and restaurants just 2 minutes’ walk away. Perfect for a relaxing break."

"We had a wonderful stay at Milatos Cretan Agrovillage and would happily return. The village is beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by nature, offering exactly the relaxing atmosphere we were looking for. The apartment was spotless, comfortable and well equipped, and the whole property is exceptionally well maintained. Alice and Cath were friendly, welcoming and available whenever we needed anything, while at the same time giving guests plenty of privacy. Their hospitality really made us feel at home. The food at the taverna was delicious, with authentic local dishes, and the breakfast was simply amazing. Every morning there was a wide variety of fresh, homemade products, and it was one of the highlights of our stay. The swimming pool and outdoor areas were lovely, making it easy to relax after a day exploring Crete. The only minor downside was that some guests reserved sunbeds and umbrellas with their towels for long periods without actually using them, making it difficult for others to find a place by the pool. Unfortunately, this was simply a matter of some guests' ill manners and certainly not a reflection on the Agrovillage or its staff. Overall, this was one of the best places we have ever stayed. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for peace and beauty. The property is in a rural location, so having a car is highly recommended."

"I’ve waited almost a year to write this review because I held off while my complaint with Jet2 was being investigated. Unfortunately, that process dragged on for months and left me thoroughly exhausted, but I still feel other families should know what our experience was actually like. The hotel describes itself as a beach hotel, but the nearest beach is tiny and isn’t part of the hotel at all. Anyone booking because they’re expecting a proper hotel beach should look into this carefully before travelling. The first room we were allocated was dark, dated and generally tired. The bedding was worn, the bathroom was in a poor state and one of the lights wasn’t working. Even the use of paper cups in the room added to the feeling that basic attention to detail was missing. These things might each appear relatively minor in isolation, but collectively they weren’t what I’d expect from a hotel marketed as four-star. The room was also materially different in appearance and condition from the photographs shown on Jet2’s website. The hotel manager maintained that it was the same room apart from the view, but having booked partly on the strength of those photographs, I strongly disagreed. We were eventually moved to a second room, which was marginally better. However, the shower leaked badly and flooded the bathroom floor every day. Our young son slipped on the wet floor, turning what might otherwise have been dismissed as an inconvenience into a genuine safety concern. We were also uncomfortable with the room-door security. Every night, we moved furniture in front of the door so we would hear if our toddler woke and attempted to leave the room. That isn’t something any parent should feel they need to do while staying in a supposed four-star family hotel. The hotel offered to move us for a second time, but we were only there for seven nights and, with a toddler, packing everything up and moving rooms yet again simply wasn’t practical. They also offered us a complimentary lunch at the pool bar in an effort to make amends, which I do acknowledge. The buffet food was another major disappointment. It was poor quality, repetitive and lacked the variety I’d expect from a four-star hotel. I was particularly surprised by how little Greek-style food appeared to be available. I appreciate that catering for large numbers of guests is difficult, but that’s part of operating a large four-star hotel, and the food should still have been of a much better standard. We ended up eating elsewhere at our own expense despite having booked half board. There were some positives. The pool areas and gardens were immaculate, and we never struggled to find a sunbed. Most of the restaurant staff were also lovely. Staff service was inconsistent, though, and one man on reception was particularly rude and aloof at a time when we were already trying to resolve problems with our accommodation. Most concerningly, we were told by hotel staff that guests booking through Jet2 weren’t all"
