This hotel was beautiful sooo clean rooftop pool and restaurant was amazing reception staff went above and beyond nothing was too much trouble. Are the restaurant manager was exceptional food was amazing and service was second to none I could not recommend this hotel enough the location is excellent along vlore so many bars and nice restaurants to choose from the hotel food was our favourite. Albania is beautiful the people are friendly can't wait to come back roll on September

Excellent hotel. Very clean beautiful rooms. So relaxing the pillows are amazing and the bed sheets british white linen just to good The welcome at the reception its warm and friendly The beautiful smile from the staff at the entrance its great to see Thank you

Not at all a 4 star hotel, no matter how much they provide of different selections. *Breakfast ok *Staff, very polite and kind *Rooms poor condition, dirty and a lot of unfunctional things. *Pool area nice, but small and crowded with kids playing like it’s a waterpark. We complained about the room because of a nasty smell, but they didn’t bother, the room was already paid for. Dissapointing stay, the pictures on the internet is misleading, i will stay somewhere else next tile i’m visiting Vlorë.

The hotel is a pretty new brand, good location, with great proximity to all amenities, chairs and umbrellas available in a reserved area on the beach, fair room size, parking available, good variety at breakfast, and the dinner included was also very good. We arrived late in a Saturday night, and with the parking lot full, we were instructed to stop on the street, without any warning that parking was not allowed there, the next day we had a park fine worth €30 to pay. Staff should be more attentive to instruct guests.

Delicious brekkie in the rooftop bar of breathtaking view. Mega friendly staff like Sava and Rowena. Tasty dinner, nice sauna and a good bed in a spacious room. Good location with direct beach access with free sun beds and close to amenities.

I want to write a meaningful review about this place, because it deserves all the good things to be said. The Rooftop Lounge had an amazing sea view, a corner view of the city and the big project Lungomare. Enjoying a drink with that wonderful view and atmosphere it hasn't a price yet!! I stayed for two nights in the hotel, I didn't booked before and they said that they had an amazing deluxe suite available. A thank you to the reception for mentioning it! It was worth it !!! 😌😊 The SPA was just opend and they offered me a package that all should get. The massage, that salt room the hammam, jacuzzi, wonderful! The dining experience was better than imagined. The pool view from the restaurant, an amazing food and service. The breakfast morning started with fresh ideas and such a lovely buffet . Didn't missed a thing. Everything warm and in time. Really the best experience so far. Thank you Regina City! Thanks all and see you in summer

Hello all! I want to write a meaningful review about this pleace, because it deserves all the good things to be said. I went for a two nights in the hotel , I didn't booked it and they said that they had a deluxe room for me but for a bit more it is worth it to get to the suites! A thank you all to the receptionist! It was worth it !!! 😌😌😊 The SPA was just opend and they offered a package that all should get. The massage, that salt room the hammam , wonderful! Thanks all and see you in summer

The hotel is nice, quite new,and the location is perfect but rooms are a bit small and so is the bathroom where the shower wasn't the best. There is very nice pool on the rooftop with a lively bar next to it. Check-in procedures were very fast and all the staff was nice and friendly. Wi-fi was a bit slow and downloading the working emails took quite some time.

Terrible management at the hotel!! We booked a room and paid for it in advance by card via the *********** platform. When we checked in, the management only asked us for proof (a screenshot from ***********). No other questions or comments! But when we checked out, the other manager said that they don’t have our payment and we should pay for the room. Why should we pay again? We provided him with a screenshot from our online banking and ***********. He said that they will receive the payment in 3 months and insisted on paying again. A woman manager said that they do not work with payments in advance via ***********. And WHOLE Albania doesn’t work like this. In their opinion, we had to book a room at their hotel via *********** BUT pay by cash or card when checking in. Wired because we know for sure that other hotels and apartments work via payments in advance through ***********! We had to wait for 1 hour till they magically see the payment! We were late for an important meeting because of them! Terrible experience!!!
