"很晚入住，前台下班。 留下線索找房卡像尋寶遊戲非常驚喜。  湖邊景觀超美。 酒店內老古董樣式風格也很優雅！ 一切都很好，除了因為太老舊，房間里居然有那種飛蟲🦟！ 床上陸續出現10幾衹！ 我女兒嚇死了， 不敢用那個被子。  一整晚沒睡好，打死10幾衹蟲子。 沒蓋被子也很冷。 沒睡好導致第二天起不來看日出。 浪費了定湖景房的初衷！ 早餐景觀很美， 可惜蒼蠅環繞！ 趕都趕不走。   好像瑞士蒼蠅蠻多的！ 蘇黎世也有蒼蠅！ 昨天回盧塞恩市中心一個户外高級餐廳也有蒼蠅！  該酒店男前台和女經理態度不錯的， 不過第二天反饋後也沒有啥補償措施。  由於沒睡好，要求延到1pm退房， 這個倒是同意了。 除了蟲子和蒼蠅！ 這個酒店其他都很完美！"
