I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Gateway Hotel Beach Road and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, offering stunning views of the sea and easy access to the beach, which made for a perfect getaway. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The staff were incredibly hospitable and attentive, ensuring that every need was met with a smile.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Gateway Hotel, Vizag. The property is right across the beach and has an amazing view from the restaurant & bar. This property is 30+ yrs old but location is something to die for...Rooms are comfortable, breakfast spread is good. The best thing about this hotel is the Happy Hours which offers BUY1GET1 at Lawson Lounge until 10 pm. The staff is hospitable, they arranged a special table for us overlooking the sea. At the restaurant, staff accommodated our special request for kids food. The best thing I liked about the hotel was it's transparency. Right at the check-out counter, they have placed a placard stating 5% service charge is optional and u can claim it back. Most hotels hide this information while here we have a hotel that is vocal about it...thoroughly loved it! Areas of improvement: Bathrooms are dimly lit, clothes hanging hook is above the toilet seat which makes it unusable. Note: This property does not have a private beach

My first time visit for this place what a great experience ever i had mainly from front office people like mb.abbas ,deepika and manisha very caring and responsible persons and one more person have to mention mainily housekeeping name haribabu super service and eagerly waiting to visit again also not late to mention for breakfast very good items and person called roy has great service from him

The hotel is located facing the beach. The lobby is quite grand and check-in was quick. Rooms are standard size but in need of renovation. My rooms was sea facing and had a beautiful view. However, my stay was quite comfortable. Food was excellent especially the local cuisine. Breakfast has a good spread and great taste. The staff are courteous and cheerful. I had an enjoyable stay.

Ur rooms are very highly prices. According to price the room was very small and bathroom even smaller. I have paid ₹11,345/- for 1 night. With zero amenities. Instead novotel is far better at this price. Being a Jain, no pure Veg restaurant. We had dine outside . Ur property seriously requires painting works , repair and maintenance to the building. Who gives 2pm check in time. It's ridiculous. The TV Channels were unavailable . U should stop giving plastic water bottles and keep Glass bottles instead. As seen in many hotels in Kerala
