Hi, i am in hyderabad currently and mistakenly i booked room in vishakhapatnam since we have anantagiri place in hyderabad too that was a simple misunderstanding and confusion and within just 5 mints wen i realised i called to cancel-led the booking but they denied my request as it was non refundable. You should at-least understand the situation and proceed accordingly. I know your customer care tried but at-least there should be some compensation or something. I am always preferring make my trip something could be done. Thank you
