It was a place to lay our heads for the evening and that is the best I can say, property was poorly maintained, the room was very old and quite dated, my daughter said “ this looks like a house from a scary movie” overall cleanliness was alright. The price was extremely high for what is offered and for being part of the choice hotel family I was extremely disappointed. As I told the front desk agent they can use a major makeover of the property overall to include the parking lot. Best part of the trip was the front desk agent Felicia was was very professional and accommodating if not for that it was a total bust honestly !!!!

The staff was very nice and I was able to extend my stay twice (from 2 nights originally to 5 nights in total). They were very accommodating and moved me to an upgraded room when the room I originally booked (extended) on Orbitz was sold out at the property (free of charge). The rooms are very nice and updated. My only complaint is there is no working ice machine on the property and they do NOT service your room daily. You can go to the front office to get clean towels, coffee, trash bags, etc. BUT...do not expect anyone to come to your room for that regardless of the length of your stay. AND you will have to go to the 7/11 across the street to purchase ice. The hotel is within walking distance to the ocean, shopping, and several restaurants which was great! I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Nice spacious room. Garage is really tight so good luck if your vehicle is big. The bedroom part faced Pacific highway so you had road noise. Didn't have any of their ice machines working. Overall a nice place

Our first room gave me an immediate migraine due to the refrigerator burning out and setting off terrible fumes… we were moved to a different room and I was unable to securely lock room door… terrible night of sleep ☹️

The renovated rooms are nice and clean. Its not much of an ocean view, but okay for the price.

Service good, housekeeping was great, the room was a steal and the location was good with lots of dining options within driving or walking distance. Beach is a few minute walk away. Only con was the parking area, but once you're able to reverse in a spot, you're good. A definite recommendation!

Bathroom was extremely small. Parking is limited if you have a big vehicle. The heat/AC unit was under the window. When you close the drapes they cover the vents, this made the room take along time heat up.

I checked in on Wednesday checkout on Friday before 11: am but was charged for 3 nights instead of two other than that I love this place

Thank you for a safe and comfortable place for a loan traveler to stay for the night. I greatly appreciate the extra coffee left for me as I requested. Only suggestion would be to fix the ice machine 😊
