Excellent breakfast! It’s one of the best you can get. Staff speaks English very well. The front desk offers mulled wine, which is awesome during winter. However, the staff forget to clean the room for once during my three day stay. After reminding, they did it the second day but in a sloppy way. I can hear noise from the connecting room very clearly. Other than that the stay was pretty nice.

非常非常糟糕的體驗。
1。這家酒店房間全部對着馬路，超級吵，就算是雙層玻璃，外面車水馬龍，可以吵到半夜一點
2。這家酒店的香味非常可怕，是因為不打掃通風的關係嗎？入住一天鼻子流血，咽喉炎發作
3。這家酒店沒有電梯，需要自己抬行李
4。這家酒店明明是酒店，但是熱水器是隱藏的電熱水器，洗澡衹能8分鐘
5。水質非常差！酒店沒有凈水系統，燒水無論多少次，都有很厲害的鈉鎂鹽
非常糟糕的體驗，上面的好評是不是都是刷的？

Péssimo Hotel... jamais pode ser considerado um 4 estrelas, no maximo uma pousada.
Café da manha simples e caro; quartos minúsculos, não arrumam sequer o quarto, só trocam as toalhas; sem aquecimento, banheiro sem janela e fedorento: sem amenidades como: shampoo/condicionador/sabonetes, etcc.
O hotel fica em uma regiao muito feia, de frente para uma rua bem movimentada. FICA PRÓXIMO A ENTRADA DA OLD TOWN MAS NÃO DENTRO... e ahhh, a recepção fecha as 20:00hs, permitindo apenas a entrada no hotel com um código na fechadura. Muito vulnerável !!
O único ponto positivo foi a simpatia de uma das recepcionistas chamada ONNA.
Sem sombra de duvida, foi o pior hotel que nos já ficamos na Europa.

I booked this hotel at very short notice, I based my choice on its modest price and it’s proximity to the cultural centre of town; as far as I could discern from Google maps at least! I was beyond delighted upon my arrival to find that its location was actually more convenient than I’d expected and its decor and cleanliness were leagues above its price point. However, the biggest impression that this hotel made upon me was the utterly amiable, compassionate and obliging hospitality that the staff displayed. Far beyond what I’d become accustomed to in this part of Europe and more akin to an avant-garde hotel in somewhere like London or Bordeaux! Without a doubt the service that you can expect here sets it apart. I’d personally endorse this place to any variety of tourist who’s looking for a comfortable and safe place to rest their head. If I ever visit Vilnius again I know exactly where I’ll be staying.

2 major drawbacks: there is no lift and the stairs are very narrow. Secondly, my room was not clean. I quickly found an empty bottle of water under the bed and the rug felt like it was not cleaned for months.
On top of everything, the bed is very hard to sleep on

Location was great. just outside the old town gate, you can walk anywhere within 10 minutes. Great value. Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Decent price.

I had a room facing the back which is much better than the front, clean and big mattress not the best but they fixed it. Staff in hotel it’s extremely nice and helpful

I loved this place. Will definitely stay here when I return to Vilnius. Perfectly located, just at the edge of Old Town Vilnius.
Wonderful restaurant across the street, farmers market and grocery store.

Moon Garden hotel is in a good location, walkable to the center and old town. It was clean and well kept, but furniture and decor is a bit outdated.
