The room was very good and even the staff was very polite . I would like to specially thank umapathy for his quick response to all our needs. He even sang a song for us . The hospitality was worth the money and its serene sights were just mind blowing.

One of the best eco resort in Pondicherry. You will feel the nature, calm and go inside the new world. It’s a 40 acres big property with 50+ rooms. Each room has designed in different theme and culture. We stayed in pool house 2. It’s a Kerala themed wooden house with big sit out, lawn and private pool. We also stayed with our Pet golden retriever doggo. Staffs are very friendly, especially Mr. Umapathy, GM of the resort will take care of you from start to end. They also got private beach access, common swimming pools, spa , yoga and other recreational facilities Another main reason to visit this property is Mr. Charlie ( Indie doggo) he is another front desk ***ager who stays and take care of you through out the stay particularly if you go with the pet. He will guard you from other species and bring you to your room, takes you to beach and restaurants. Such a beautiful soul we came across in our lifetime. I am sharing some of our happy moments

It was nice place to visit for family and friends get-together. Food quality can be improved considering cost. Mr Umapathi (Guest Relationship ***ager) has taken care everything at very best. Had wonderful experience with family and friends.

I have been to Eco Dune twice, once in 2023 and more recently, in April, 2024. During my first visit, I felt the property had a lot of potential but the staff was laidback and the facility itself needed a lot of maintenance. Honestly, wasn't even sure if it would last a couple of years as I felt it may even shutdown due to the competition around. But lo and behold, how things have changed. Lead by an all action ***ager in Mr. Umapathi, the staff are buzzing and going the extra mile to provide the best possible service to the customer. I loved my second visit with the family and may even go a third time. It's still a work in progress but I am sure things can only go up from here. Best wishes to the team !!!

Nice place to stay with pleasant and nature. All the staff are good and they receive with love . ***ager Sri umapathy is very friendly and helpful. He treated us well with respect.we highly refer this place for stay. Room are very nice and food was good
