HOTEL NON ADATTO A FAMIGLIE VA BENE PER LAVORATORI,RECEPTION CHIUSA TUTTO A CODICI MI SPIACE NON FA PER ME ,Pulizia del bagno insufficiente, CAPELLI ATTACCATI ALLA PARETE,DISPENSER SAPONE LAVABO VUOTO PER 142 EURO 1 NOTTE MI SEMBRA UN PO' TROPPO SERVIZIO PER ME INESISTENTE,COLAZIONE CARISSIMA,A ME NON E' PIACIUTO

First of all, no staff during check in. Need to use the automachine but my booking also not recognized. Second, the reservation mention it was already paid by gift card but the owner of the hotel just don't accpet this kind of payment from ********** and need to pay all the fee to finish the check-in for booking. Some facility in the room was broken and not fixed. The wall has al hole and also some hole on the roof in the bath room. Very bed experience in this B&B hotel compare to other B&B hotels in other places as in Nice and others.

I booked and paid a room for 3 nights as I have a car to travel around Nice area. I specifically messaged them that I would come in a little late because the time of my flight. I came in around 10 PM. There was no one at the front desk. The hotel had a machine for you to check-in. That was fine. I typed in my reservation and it showed up. That was fine. But it asked me for my credit card and charged it for the 3 night-stay. It was late so I thought that I didn't pay with *******, just a reservation. I only found out that I already paid with ******* and the hotel double charged me when I checked in to the same type of hotel in a different city and the check-in procedure was different. This annoyed me so much. I had to chat with an ******* agent and explained everything to them. They couldn't contact the hotel either. The agent promised me to contact me back about the double charging. However, I would to review that this was a problem on the hotel side about their check-in procedure that 1) looked confusing, 2) unhelpful and unwelcoming, 3) caused troubles than assisting, and 4) if you needed some help, a machine would not serve as a human replacement. In addition, the whole 3 nights I stayed there, the housekeeper would come and knock on your door around 10 to 11 everyday. I am a late riser and I didn't appreciate this kind of trea**ent at all.

Property was way away from the city NICE. Staff are extremely unfriendly and not available even during their working hours. Staff doesn’t speak English apart from 1 individual who seems to be a manager No transport available after 10 to the hotel UBER,BOLT charge high prices

We had difficulty getting in when we arrived after reception had closed. The confirmation number that had been generated for us was apparently wrong so we spoke to a B&B hotels agent via an intercom system, but when the number they gave us didn’t work at first they became rude and told us “it isn’t difficult.” When in fact the mistake was not ours. Very rude staff. When we did get into the room the air conditioning was not functioning so our night was incredibly uncomfortable in the extreme heat, which never eased. The room was dirty and dusty. There were slashes and holes in the blackout curtains which let large streams of light in, in the morning. Worst b&b hotel stay we have ever had, which is a huge shame when we have stayed at many over the years and have never had this much trouble. Really disappointed and would not recommend.

Une nuit. Personnel de l'entretien très agréable. Direction beaucoup moins. Chambre accès handicapé attribuée par défaut sans besoin, dommage elle aurait pu être utile à une personne en situation de handicap. Encore que...la cuvette des toilettes n'était pas fixée correctement risque de chute, l'évacuation de la douche bouchée, résultats la chambre inondée... État salle de bain médiocre pour lavabo et peinture porte.. Du coup cela sera la seule et unique fois.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per quattro giorni, come base per visitare la Costa Azzurra. Il check-in automatico all'ingresso è intuitivo e funzionale, si accede con il codice di prenotazione, nel mio caso quello di Booking, si confermano i nominativi dei partecipanti maggiorenni, Si conferma o meno la colazione, Dopodichè si paga tramite POS, che in effetti non funziona benissimo, Siamo riusciti a pagare Dopo tre tentativi ,alla fine sul display compare il numero della camera e il codice per accedervi che poi viene inviato anche via mail. Con questo codice si accede ovunque, all'ingresso , alle camere, dappertutto. le camere per quanto minimal, sono funzionali e abbastanza pulite, lo stesso il bagno. Il parcheggio è ampio e gratuito Non abbiamo fatto colazione lì, quindi non so dire la qualità del cibo ma l'affluenza era abbastanza alta. di fianco alla zona per la colazione c'è anche una zona con microonde, tavoli, macchinette con bibite e merendine e un piccolo salottino con TV. nel complesso devo dire che lo consiglio, non è di grandi pretese ma sicuramente molto buono per qualità/prezzo visto dove si trova! L'unica nota negativa è che nessuno Controlla i documenti, avrei potuto registrarmi col nome di un'altra persona e nessuno se ne sarebbe accorto
