Our experience was magnificent. We are a vegan couple and the restaurant staff really went out of their way to satisfy our every need. The welcome, from check-in to the last day of our stay, was the best we had ever received. Big smiles and really good manners. The room was as great. The towels smelled of laundry softener and the room was always very clean. The hotel is beautiful with its enchanting garden of cactus plants of all species and a view of the desert and barren mountains. In short, a really good hotel to recommend without doubt to everyone.

Never had a worse meal, very unpleasant bordering on inedible. Baby goat, all bone no meat, dry and tasteless. Waitress rude, abrupt and unhelpful. Requested house wine and given expensive alternative. Would not return nor recommend, avoid.

This was a lovely break away in a small hotel with beautiful amenities and places to relax in many parts.
The rooms are very nice and tidy wiyh comfortable beds.
If you wish you can log into Netflix app on TV with your own account.
I really recommend for quiet relaxing breaks.
Taxi costs about 65 euro from Airport.
The owner and staff are very nice helpful people.

We visited recently for a special evening. The staff made us so welcome, it had such a lovely atmosphere and our meal was delicious. I ordered stuffed mushrooms and pork with pear sauce it was so nice and the chef even came out to thank us. We'll be booking again 👌

We visit this Hotel every year & stay for one night and have been doing so for the last 20 years. The staff are very attentive to all our requirements. Dinner has to be the highlight to sit at the table in front of the grill. T bone steak, fillet or entrecôte all fabulously prepared as you like it. Bedrooms have hardly changed, just fantastic. See you all soon.

Absolute disappointment to have eaten here, we had high hopes but the experience was terrible. we were sat first by the raw meat counter (we're vegetarian) then moved. The place lacked atmosphere, the quality of the food was questionable, overcooked and tasteless. The service was lacking and the staff offhand.

Fabulous rural hotel, the rooms are very nice looking and typical, comfortable bed, good facilities. Very relaxing. Breakfast is nice, staff are helpful. If I only had to find the option for improvement, I’d suggest to clean the swimming pool more regularly as the wind might get bugs or similar in it, giving the impression of it being dirty ish.

HI TRAVELLERS from all over the world, I m here to describe what was for me one of the worst experience in Fuertventura and Canary Island . Im living in Lanzarote since 2010 so I have a big knowledge of the best places to go . This place that I visited and of may was a nightmare . Bathroom with strong disapponting smell for all the 2 days of saying , the worst breakfast i ever see in a hotel one slice of ham and very bad quality coffee and service, the worst bed time ver with the oldest forniture in the bedroom , everything smelly and old. . The employees have a rude actitude and there actually no service day long , apart the occasionally visit of the owner . A guy with big attitude problems , no idea how to speak to people , inventing rules that were not written anywhere . I have to change work . maybe do something more useful than offend your visitors .
