With a chlorine pool measuring 8x4 metres and a depth of 2 metres, it is ideal for a refreshing swim in the hot summer. The swimming pool is surrounded by a well-kept lawn where you will find sun loungers where you can sunbathe. Next to the porch you will find the barbecue where you can prepare dinner outdoors thanks to the tables and chairs provided in the porch. In the rustic interior of the villa, distributed over 2 floors, there is a living room with a large sofa where you can relax during the afternoon. The ceramic hob kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking during your stay, has a table where you can eat with your companions. To complete the ground floor, there is the first bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, A/C and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

The property is fenced and, although there are some neighbours in the area, privacy is almost total. The interior of the two-storey property is designed to offer you the rest and comfort you deserve. On the main floor there is a large living-dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV, a separate kitchen with gas hob and all the utensils to cook comfortably and an outdoor bathroom with shower. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms, both with AC. One of them has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, while the other has two single beds. On this floor there is another separate bathroom with shower.
