Spent 10 days in a mobile home to visit and explore the area. Arrived at Barcelona airport terminal 1, got the shuttle bus to Terminal 2 for the rail station, then a simple 5 euro 40min train journey to Vilanova. One stop to El Praet, walk over the bridge to the opposite platform for the train to Vilanova which is the stop after Sitges. Once you get to the station cheap reliable bus runs every 30 mins up to the park entrance. Park is very clean and well presented, friendly staff always around to help if required. Food and drinks in restaurant bar all good set menu good value. On site supermarket is good with fresh bread each day, although could do with being open a bit more, and has the expected high prices that come with camp site shops. There is a Lidl and Mercadona in town but not walkable. Local par 3 golf course is cheap, fabulous and very much worth a round if you're a golfer, out the main entrance turn right and follow the signs for about a mile. Beyond the golf course is a great hike/jog up the mountain path to the lookout tower at the top, but deffo not for the unfit. We used the half hourly bus down into town and back which pretty much run on time, and very reliable. We hiked the few miles into Vilanova, and other days into Cubelles which has lovely beaches, but be aware between the two towns is a nudist area. Vilanova has a very nice Spanish centre full of shops, restaurants and tapas bars which we enjoyed most days. People with Children will find the 2 large pools and slide very good, sunbeds always available if required. This is a Spanish town where tourists are mostly Spanish which we loved, and deffo not for people who's lives depend on fast food chains. Overall we had a lovely break with Vilanova Park a good base, and likely would return as the area is lovely,
