The hotel itself is not bad, but I asked for another Dover, the hotel did not put it, but the most ridiculous thing came. I went and took the cup in FRIGOB. It was amazing. There was a comb in it. And it didn't stop. When it arrived at the hotel around 11 am, it was also informed that there was no available garage space, and on the travel website and the hotel's website, this written garage space was polite. My car is parked on the street. I will take value reimbursement action, and it will be accompanied by pain damage.

Estivemos de 01-04/02/23, fomos muito bem atendidos. O diferencial é o atendimento, especialmente do Hebany, garçom e da Roberia, recepcionista. Nos sentimos em casa! Nossa primeira vez no Espírito Santo e ficamos surpresos de ter praia e montanha no mesmo Estado e tudo pertinho, apenas tenham atenção ao radares na rodovia, são muitos.

Deceptive!
I've always been a fā of the Senac school hotels.
Perhaps after the pandemic the quality of products and services had to be ”forgotten” to meet a new market reality.
Although the service has always been affordable, we pass some constraints such as: dressing dressing our door at 7:30 p.m., refusing to book a table for bean and when we arrive there is a table reserved that we can only occupy after We call a supervisor, the quality of the cafe of the manhā equivalent to a 2-star hotel and refuse to grant 2 hours late check-out even if there is no reservation for the same apartment on the date.
Finally, I hope I can have another opportunity to experience the glamour that the hotel has already had with the quality of service compatible with the values charged.

Os quartos são bons, as camas excelentes, ar condicionado funciona bem. Café da manhã muito bom e funcionários bem atenciosos. A limpeza é regular, mas é só falar na portaria que limpam direitinho. Os quartos dos fundos são bem silenciosos.

After traveling for nearly 29 hours, we were greeted by Lucas Silva who got us checked into a room with a lovely view earlier than we dared hope for, so we could finally rest our weary bones. The room was very clean, bright, and nice. We had to drive 4 hours the next day so we relaxed in the rooftop pool and watched the sunset to decompress. When we stayed at the hotel on the way home, Mr. Silva again greeted us with a warm smile and even called me by name without even looking at the computer yet! (My last name is usually easily forgotten/hard to pronounce for most people, so that really wowed me). Then he said ”Welcome home” as he handed me the key to the same room we had before. I was beyond impressed with this sort of top tier customer service that I usually only get at very high-end hotels that are far more expensive than this one. For the amount of money spent and the quality of service, it would be hard to beat this hotel. I hope they give Mr. Silva a raise and/or a promotion, as he really exemplifies the gold standard of customer service that is rarely seen these days. I'll definitely make this hotel my stopover for any future trips to Espírito Santo and I'll recommend it to anyone visiting this area of Brazil! :0)

GGuest UserBe careful when checking in to see if the room is the same booked in Hurb because they placed me in a cheaper room to which I had booked, but after my complaint at the reception they exchanged room, but was not clean at The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and is located in the centre of the city. Approach with panoramic view is partial, because there are 3 apartments with balcony on the floor and in this case you can think it is cover that is not and there is not in the suitable hotel on the cover. But from to have a good view of the beach that if you stay in suitable with final 1 and 3, suitable with final 2 is central and there to see everything must come close to the parapet.
