Alp Sport Hotel Ciampedie

Such a beautiful hotel with fantastic facilities. We spent Feb half term there on a family ski trip. The staff were very attentive, the food was exceptional and the overall ambiance was lovely. Great boot room for ski equipment with indoor parking space available. The rooms were stylish, spacious and comfortable. We loved the spa area where we could enjoy a mineral steam, sauna and cold plunge after a long day on the slopes. Our kids loved the dessert buffet in the afternoons too. It was all five star! If we could give one recommendation it would be to have more shuttles to go to the slopes so more slots available in the morning and perhaps an app to be able to arrange collection etc. Highly recommend this hotel.

Splendid hotel! I liked it a lot! Good position! Very modern facilities! Splendid rooms! Very good space and pool ! Good retaurant ! It can be better, but it is good! Very good garsge! Very nice staff! Verry! We had a great vacantion! We will be back!

We wanted to start this review by reflecting on a recent stay at a hotel in Eraclea, Italy, labeled as a 4 star hotel. We were asked by the Manager at the reception to write a review, which we did. It has to be said it was fair but not complimentary and at check out the manager asked if we would discuss it with her which we did . We were candid but said that we thought the hotel was only really a 2 star based mainly on the level of service and quality of food, to which the management said … “that’s your opinion .“ By comparison if we were asked to define a 5 star hotel we would simply say …spend as much time as you can at the Hotel Ciampedie in Vigo Di Fassa. We usually measure our experiences at differing stages during a holiday … first impressions , room cleanliness, food quality , service, facilities etc First impressions …the hotel is beautiful from the moment you step in side, a warm welcome from the reception ladies , help with bags and a welcome drink in the lounge before being shown to your own reserved car parking space in the lower level garage with easy access to the room Room … modern mountain style suite, nice balcony with gorgeous mountain views, shower great , a separate room for our daughter with bunk beds ( lounge on top and sleeping below was her view ), pillows comfortable and super comfy bed…plus some small extra: towels for the spa, fluffy dressing gowns for the pool (even for our daughter!) and a back pack for walking. The restaurant ….. lets start with the team, led by the inimitable Francesco. Every meal was a gem with his service , smile and entertaining stories …. The restaurant whether at breakfast or dinner is flawless and under his guidance works like a Swiss watch. It’s clear that the hotel owners have built a team that pride them selves on their experience and professionalism. Breakfast is a myriad of tastes …. You name it they have it from fresh squeezed juices to prosciutto, eggs as you like them , fresh pastries its enough to stock up before a day hiking in the Dolomites or skiing in the winter. Dinner is a refined affair, with perfect cocktails from Paolo who manages the bar and Francesco who overseas a menu of either a gourmet tasting, a vegetarian or an al a carte option … and if you want to mix and match well then that’s fine as well …. To Francesco service is EVERYTHING! To the activities …. Spa is lovely , hot stone massage by Marie and Andrea and a indoor / outdoor pool with jacuzzi soothed the aching limbs after a days hiking with Nicolo, The hotel’s in house mountain guide was super… we were led up and down mountain passes over 10k each day in absolute safety with anecdotes and information on flora and fauna that made the 10k seem somewhat easy ( well on reflection the uphill was definitely more of a challenge ) but the views and breathtaking scenery matched with they amazing food in the mountain huts made the days really something to remember … more goulash soup and less Grappa helps the

L’hotel Ciampedie è un posto davvero speciale e bellissimo. Il perfetto mix tra lo stile moderno e quello di montagna. È stato un piacere soggiornare e farci coccolare. Siamo arrivati con il nostro canone (cane lupo cecoslovacco) che è stato coccolatissimo dal personale. Il ristorante e la fantastica spa sono un valore aggiunto alla struttura. Due piccoli appunti per poter migliorare ancora di più il servizio offerto: in primis sarebbe carino permettere l’accesso al ristorante anche agli animali, magari in una piccola area riservata a loro di modo da non disturbare chi non li ha e non li gradisce, inoltre sarebbe fantastico se riusciste a dotarvi di un servizio di dogsiteraggio di modo da aiutare i padroni di cani a vivere ancora meglio il soggiorno. Infine vorrei ringraziare di cuore Enrico, Marina e Sergio, sono la vostra premura e gentilezza a rendere un hotel accogliente come casa. Grazie di tutto e a presto. ♥️

Albergo costruito nel 2020. Nuovissimo. Camere spaziose con arredo moderno ma con vari armadi riscaldamento a parete. Tutti gentilissimi. Ambiente innovativo con box riservato per ogni cliente. Piscina doppia riscaldata anche esterna. Navetta per le stazioni di funivia limitrofe gratuite e puntualissima. Cibo fantastico e variegato nulla di precotto. Merenda inclusa. Tutto davvero meraviglioso con vista panoramica sulla Val di Fassa. Unica nota negativa che anche le bevande analcoliche sono extra nonostante la mezza pensione. 5€ una bottiglia d’acqua 0,75 l considerando un soggiorno di una settimana circa 100€ davvero troppo. Sarebbe meglio includerlo nel prezzo. Nel complesso il prezzo conveniente per essere un 5 stelle.

Avevo fissato 4 notti in hotel con la mia famiglia. Il posto molto molto bello, consigliatomi da diverse persone. Valore aggiunto di una struttura di alto livello l'accoglienza dei cani che mi ha convinta a prenotare la vacanza. Purtroppo il soggiorno ha coinciso con una settimana di allerta meteo con pioggia forti e tanta neve al punto di chiudere per ore l'autostrada. Come condizioni contrattuali sono consapevole che fino a 7 giorni dall’arrivo, la caparra confirmatoria poteva essere scalata sull’ammontare di una vacanza successiva da effettuarsi entro un anno dalla data di cancellazione di pari importo di quella per cui è stata effettuata la cancellazione, invece da 6 a 0 giorni dalla data di arrivo la caparra confirmatoria sarebbe andata persa. Purtroppo ho chiesto la cancellazione con 2 gg di ritardo e sono consapevole delle condizioni contrattuali, per scrupolo ho chiesto se ci fosse modo di recuperare qualcosa. La direzione ha preso atto della cancellazione informandomi che la caparra sarebbe andata persa in quanto le condizioni meteo non erano così avverse. Consapevole di essere io in errore per aver chiesto la cancellazione della prenotazione, mi sarei aspettata un incentivo a farmi prenotare nuovamente. Non è stato menzionato nulla che potesse convincermi a rieffettuare una prenotazione, soprattutto a fronte di una vacanza di 4 notti che ammontava a 4.600 euro. A parer mio così facendo si rischia di "allontanare" il cliente. Sono sicura che la struttura sia di ottimo livello, speravo in un' accortezza maggiore che purtroppo non è arrivata.

Hotel incredibile, vieni coccolato da quando arrivi a quando te ne vai. Ristorante di qualità con camerieri che grazie alla loro bravura e simpatia danno un ulteriore marcia in più, sanno coccolarti in ogni momento della cena! SPA molto curata!

L'hotel è una meraviglia, il personale estremamente professionale (e stiamo parlando di alti livelli) e i servizi perfetti. Accoglienza calorosa e attenta. La spa è una vera bellezza, presente anche un maestro di sauna che prepara esperienze di aromaterapia e musicoterapia. Pulizia perfetta, stanza deliziosa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la cucina. I prezzi sono "alti" ma sono chiaramente in linea con il livello dell'hotel. Ci ritornerei subito.

Mi reco con mia moglie in questo albergo a cinque stelle a Vigo di Fassa.Pro:1) Vicinanza alle piste da sci ,ottimo comodo e puntale il servizio navetta che accompagna agli impianti di risalita.2) Ristorazione di altissimo livello con un plauso particolare al personale di sala,impeccabile come ci si aspetta in un 5S.3)Struttura nuova e pulitissima. 4)Bella la SPA con tutti i comfort che si vogliono.Contro 1) L'albergo è a ridosso del paese e perde così il fascino dell'albergo di montagna.2)Piscina esterna un po troppo piccola.3)Dotazioni in camera migliorabili.Rimane comunque un ottimo albergo consigliatissimo....alla prossima.
