Hotéis 2 estrelas em Vientiane

My experience at the hotel is nice. I staff Mr.Dan was very accommodating and helpful for my questions about locations of the places I will go even a cheap advise for tuktuk and taxi. All in all the hotel is very good for me. I will definetely go back when I visit again Vientiane Laos.

After all, at this price, it is good value for money. However, the hygiene condition is poor. There are occasional ants on the bed. The bathroom has a peculiar smell. There is no toothbrush and only a small piece of soap. It is understandable. Be sure to bring all the washing supplies and hair dryer when you come. Fortunately, the location is good, close to French Street, which is suitable for first time travelers to Laos to experience the culture.

The room is clean and the customer service is polite. It is convenient to move because of the center. Restaurants and night markets are also nearby. You can stay at the lobby because you can work.

Communication is very convenient, especially the internal policies of the accommodation party such as: washing clothes and cooking are not allowed in the room. If there is a difference between the order and the order, the two parties will implement the order according to the content of the order after communication. Life is very convenient.

Good quality and cheap, great value for money

If anybody wants to stay in Vientiane, please avoid this terrible and disgusting hotel. I booked a single room from 18 May 2023 to 19 May 2023 and the room is very dirty, uncleaned bed and dirty smoking smell. When I checked in and I ask the receptionist to change. He can not speak well English and then I asked to talk to the owner or manager, he lied me and switched the phone to other guy at home. I did told him that in Luang Prabang, it was not like this. The hotel in LPB is very clean,staff are supportive and friendly not like him and I can not imagine how uneducated and impolite reply from this guy. He said if I enjoyed LPB then I just go back there to stay and don’t stay in Vientiane and he said I should cancel my reservation through Agoda and he doesn’t care how it will happen next while it was 22:00 local time. Where should I go??? Such a rude way of customer service that I have ever experienced. Inclusion, this is very terrible and not worth staying in Vientiane. Please stay aware of this place.

I booked a double room and they downgraded me to a twin. Moreover, the WiFi was not good. The other amenities were alright and it’s about right for the price.

The g/h was hard to find as wrong phone number quoted and different facade from one on web site. Despite having confirmation of booking and money taken from bank a/c[hotels booking.com] I was told there was not a reservation for me. They had only one room available which I paid cash for each day for the 5 nights. My room was not serviced throughout my stay but fresh towels were supplied on request. The lady in charge was overloaded with work and seemed at times to be unable to cope. I had trouble obtaining my train ticket which was delivered to g/h and told it was not there when in fact it was. A laundry service was available and on final day I found a shirt among my laundry that was not mine. The bed was comfortable, air/con worked well and the roomy shower had good hot water. The g/h was a glorified back packers with private rooms and seemed to have a few long term residents. For around US$14 per night it was ok but in hindsight I would have paid a bit extra for a nicer place.

A hotel run by an old couple, there are photos taken by the couple at different ages in the small courtyard. The couple is very friendly and the hotel environment is very good. Every corner is a small scene carefully arranged by the couple. The couple is very caring and adopts a lot of cats and dogs. So the yard is a little taste, and the room air conditioning fans are available, but the mattress bedding and other supporting facilities are relatively old, but if there is any problem, they will actively help solve it in time! If the requirements for accommodation facilities are not high, this is a good choice
