I was disappointed with this property. I booked a 2-bedroom unit, and my biggest complaint was the many mosquitoes in the room when we checked-in and although we tried smashing them all between our clapping hands, more continued showing up during our 4-day stay even though we kept the doors and windows closed. We were also greeted with a dirty rag on the bathroom counter that a housekeeper had left and a half-full water bottle on the balcony with a cigarette bud floating in it. The washing machine in the room was disgusting… black mold growing all over the rubber door gasket, and it smelled terrible. The room's safety box stopped working, so a hotel engineer unbolted the old box and replaced it with another one. The next day, the replacement safety box would not open, and the engineer could not find the physical key that is used to open the box when the electronic mechanism stops working, so they had to physically destroy the box door with a hammer, chisel, and hacksaw blade to retrieve my valuables. Lastly, the beds were too hard and the wi-fi was unreliable and very slow. There was no effort by hotel management to apologize for these problems and I will not be returning.

Room was large and comfortable. It’s a walk to the main areas but there are a few little shops around. Staff are friendly and offer help and advice. Good stay for one night. A shuttle bus to main areas would be an added bonus.

Very accommodating front desk staff. Amenities you won't find it better than Vientiane Luxury Hotel are: The Gym, the pool, and the room cleanliness. It could use a little improvement on the elevator video display. It would be nice if the music from the display is more traditional like Lao bamboo flute or traditional music. Also show case the gym and pool more. 9.2 out of 10.

Good business hotel, ok location. But you need a transportation to move around as the hotel transportation is higher than the local standard. No Grubhub nor Uber. Nice spacious room w a shower (trip.com stare “no private bath” I was worried but it meant “no bath tub”. Nice pool on the 5th floor w jets (staff will start when any guests are in the pool”. Very helpful staff, nice breakfast. Cons are: if you take a shower on 5th, entire floor will be wet ….. design error I guess.

Very good front desk and housekeeping staff that answer all my need,, hotel was a bit old but it’s ok with me,, location at middle of Chinatown with all Chinese speaking people,, breakfast was eatable,, didn’t get pickup from airport upon arrival due communication error,, trip was cut short due to unexpected incident,, will come back again,, thanks..

First visit to Laos, and I'm certain they are among the friendliest people in the world. Located not far from the airport and city center the hotel was clean and modern but the best part of my stay was the staff...especially Deth and Julie! Deth and Julie were so kind and accommodating and were so well versed in English. I felt very safe and taken care of because of Deth and Julie's hospitality! Thank you so kindly for a wonderful stay, and I hope to see you guys again in the near future!

The room is very large, with a living room and a bedroom, suitable for family travel, as well as a dining table and sofa, and the free welcome fruit platter is also very rich. The front desk of the hotel can speak basic Chinese, the manager Romy is very nice, he is a Chinese, and provided a lot of help. It is very safe to live here, not as chaotic as in the Chinese district. There is a small supermarket coffee shop hot pot pizza downstairs, which is also very convenient.

I've stayed here many times whilst working in Laos. It's a very central location so easy to walk to bars and restaurants int he city central area. The facilities and service are excellent. Good gym and pool never too busy. Room is ok but not quite as modern as some of the international 5* chains. The biggest plus is the staff. Very reliable, professional and friendly.

I stayed here for three nights not long ago and I do recommend it. It's walkable to many of the interesting sites in Vientiane - Patuxay, Pra That Luang (if you don't mind a hot hike!), Talat Sao is just around the corner. You can walk down to the waterfront and arounf Frances NgumRd area in about 25-30 minutes. There is a rooftop pool to cool off in. The included breakfast is plentiful and the choice is good. The room I had was lovely. It was huge, with a balcony, large separate shower with bath and toilet in totally separate room off the main sleeping, living area. I had a large sofa at the foot of the bed. I think I must have been given an upgrade! It was very nice, thank you. The staff were very helpful and happy to offer advice. Plenty of tuktuks always at the door, should you need one. All in all, a very nice visit.
