Close walking distance to see Vienna by foot but far enough away to not hear the city noise. Breakfast was ok. There always a lovely helpful lady serving in the breakfast room. And he room was equipped with all amenities needed for it to be a home from home experience they even have communal washing machines though we did not use this facility. A downside was they don’t provide housekeeping until day 4

雖然不在最中心區, 但出行方便，幾分鐘就到步行街，十幾分鍾到王宮。樓下超市便民，麪包很好吃。房間又高又大，廚房設備齊全。缺點是沒有停車場，早上馬路噪音比較響。

We absolutely loved our stay here in Vienna! Close to everything and the service at the hotel was excellent! Breakfast, though not included in our package, was delicious every morning. The front desk attendants were very helpful, from recommending local places to eat and arranging a transfer to the airport. We would stay here again, definitely!

Perfect stay in Innere Stadt!
We loved this property. We could walk to all the attractions in Vienna we wanted to. Very close to St. Stephen's and the Hapsburg Palace.
Excellent dining options very nearby.
There is literally a grocery store next door.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English which was very much appreciated.

Our apartment was even nicer than the website photos - well euipped with good quality stuff. Very clean. Fabulous location - we walked everywhere and very clean, safe area.
Staff were helpful and ever friendly.
Breakfast was yummy - being vegan the choices are often limited but here i was spoilt for choice with the buffet spread and Cihad (apologies if I've spelled that wrong!!) cooked to order and was extremely attentive - truly delicious thank you.
Would definitely stay there again - can't find a single fault !! 10/10 🙂

An excellent stay. Very comfortable bed, quiet and spacious room. Mixed messages from staff regarding breakfast. Was informed by morning staff member that breakfast was free and2 days later informed by the manager that we owed $80.00 for breakfast for 2 people for 2 days. Very unhappy with mixed messages.
