7 DAYS PREMIUM HOTEL VIENNA - SOUTH

Easy, clean, simple place to stay for a night. Not in a particularly interesting spot in Wien but I did like the proximity to running paths and parks to walk in. Good price and a reliable place to stay :)

Very strange place. Reception on the 3rd floor, combined with a bar that looked like a closed one. Poor breakfast - eggs were simply inedible :( only 2 elevators so it took ages to get somewhere (we wre using stairs from 8th floor). Not bad location if you are planning further trip (close to highway)

Room- The room was renovated 3 years ago and seems VERY new which was a big plus. However: NO fridge/minibar, NO phone in room , NO table, NO chair, NO couch/sofa, NO closet (hangers available), NO English Channel on TV. NO Netflix (even though there’s a Netflix button on the remote control). Air conditioner worked fine (cooling). Drapes managed to block outside light in by about 90%. Wi-Fi- Wi-Fi was at a low quality and speed and disconnected much of the time. Hotel area- It’s difficult to locate the hotel from the street and there’s no easy visible sign. You enter through a passageway in the middle of a big building. The reception is located on 3rd floor. The rooms are on the floors above. Area- Billa plus supermarket nearby. Early check in- My experience in travelling around the world has shown that usually (in the large majority of the times), when arriving early, if the hotel has an available room they would let you in for free and not delay you until the normal check in time. I arrived at about 7 AM and asked to check in early. They had a room but requested an additional payment for this which made the deal for this hotel, which is not centrally located, less worthwhile. I wrote them beforehand that I request an early check in. It seems they sent a message about this which wasn’t received. (Had I known this in advance I most probably would have chosen a better hotel option (one that was more expensive but at a better location). Getting to town and airport- To get to town by public transport you can take a 10 minute walk to the number 1 tram on Windtenstrasse, that takes you to Karlsplatz station. From there you can take other forms of transportation like various U bahn routes. A taxi to/from the airport cost on Bolt €34.50. If you’re one person you can save by taking public transportation (or even a taxi) to the S7 train to the airport Tip: Save money- don’t take the CAT airport train (costs €14.50). Use the S7 airport train which does the same route to Wien Mitte station, (only 9 minutes more) and costs only €4.30. Btw, Some of this cost (S7 only) can be saved when purchasing a 24/48/72 hour transportation ticket. Breakfast- Relatively nice breakfast for a 3 star hotel: Eggs scrambled but precooked, cooked 3/5 minute eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, jams, buns, plain croissants, yellow cheeses, meat like salami and schinken, fruit salad, some fruit, coffee machine, tea, cold drink machine, some cereals and yoghurt. Pros - The hotel is relatively new and has a very good price quality ratio. The service works fine: we asked a third blanket for our baby and got it. Nice sitting area by the reception. Our room was cleaned every day and it was great, normally you don't get it often today. You can find a parking space outside but on workdays you have to pay from 9.00 am to 10.00 pm in which you allowed to stay maximum two hours. We were here on weekend so had no problem with parking. If you want to visit the city just take the tram some blocks away and you there. Disliked · The breakfast was poor. Keep the money and go to Mcdonalds on the junction behind. The coffee is also bad, eventually they don't boil the water (as usual) but only warm it, the solution is already written - go to Mc.

We have stayed at the Campanile Vienna South from April 29 th to May 2nd (long weekend), we have seen about 4 or 5 people at reception and they were all super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was fabulous, very clean and comfortable, common spaces very welcoming and for those who want to bring their pet, the hotel is pet friendly! The hotel has an easy access to the city centre with tram number 1 in only 15 minutes. We would definitely stay there again next time we come to Vienna!

I would kindly recoomend this place to anyone who wants to stay in a more than decent place and also to pay low prices. Everything was clean, the room and bathroom were actually cleaned everyday. The beds are comfy, there's room for the clothes and luggage. The sower is very practical and there's an amazing soap and shower gel. The view is also nice. The staff is very kind and always helps with all kind of information and requests. It's a safe place and it's only 5 minutes far from the tram 1 station, which goes all the way to the center of the city. Billa, Hofer and Lidl are also located near the hotel. It's a place I would go back to, because it's a great deal.

Clean, new, inexpensive hotel. 30 minutes from downtown. If you come by car, make sure you ask the receptionist for the nextdoor parking house option -16 euros per day-. You need to register and pay in order to dropf off your car. Breakfast is good, with fresh pastry, fruit salad, coleslaw, fresh juice, etc…

Camera piccola con l'essenziale,la sala colazione era pulita appena aperta ma se tardavi i tavoli erano sporchi ,il personale non era molto organizzato per sparecchiare e rifornire...forse poco personale,un giorno hanno anche Saltato il rifacimento della camera ....

Cambio asciugamani inesistenti, ho dovuto cambiare camera perché nel materasso era presente macchie di sangue e di urina. Per fortuna lo staff si è messo in moto per risolvere il problema. Mc vicino mezzi non proprio vicinissimi
