I will start with good sides and then, trying objectively list all issues, that should and could be fixed, if management still plans to keep prices on current level Pros: - higher than usual quality of furniture and equipment - location - inner design Cons: - poor communication and website functioning I needed to double check all steps of reservation, payment confirmation etc. Of course it appeared that booking through their website was wrong (what I managed to realize after couple of messages and calls, as no email confirmation have been received) and appartment was unavailable. Good news is that management decided to provide another, smaller one, but with a discount - wrong instructions on appartment location in a message . It is also worth mentioning, that these instructions I got after 2 reminders sent to the WhatsApp number. At the end, I found it, but moving further .. - the drain in a shower was completely out of order, what made impossible to take a shower, and photos of these disaster were sent immediately And, with 24/7 support, the answer I received next day around 10 am, that somebody will come and see. Till that time I have already bought by myself special gel for this kind of drain issues and wrote to management, that I will try to fix this because I need to take a shower anyway)) - the most interesting, is that I asked to prolong for 1 day the appartment as my circumstances changed, and taking into account all my troubles, I expected some discount. However, no answer was given and when I reminded, they answered that appartment already booked via website automatically by another customer (what is ridiculous, remembering my experience with absence of any kind of automatic confirmation or even emails) So, overall experience, due to small but numerous issues is bad. And definitely is not worth almost 300 eur per night. You can afford that level of service if your cost 70 euros, not 300.
