I wished I could stay in this hotel for new year's day really calm. but this wish is broken when I lay down on the bed. the room next door was getting louder and the noise from the next door reached peak by punching my wall and running for 4 hours after lay down. so I knocked the door from them and I asked them calm and they must control their children to be quiet. and after a while, I went down to make me feel better but when I reached 1 floor near by reception. I saw the guy from the room of next door complained to a man from reception about my asking even worse. the guy came across me and looked embarrassed a little but appealed a receptionist that my knocking and asking were too much.
I really really swear it was first time to knock the door of somebody and ask... their behavior was overstep the endurable line. If I was him, I would apologize and more than that, never do such a complain.
I realized that such a guy can not repair within a few days so I asked a receptionist to change my room. the receptionist looked in trouble so answered that he couldn't accept my ask. so I answered 'I will leave and check out soon'. after a while the receptionist suggested another room which was lower condition in comparison to my original room. but I accepted his suggestion. because I had no another choice at that time. after then fortunately, there was no problem more. and I checked out of my new room at the set time normally.
the 2 days with the hotel was my new and rare experience in my life. I wished I could stay in calm in new year's day but.....
In addition, the architects who plan this hotel overall neglected to concern about 'soundproof' so the guests and customers carry out rare memorie when they check out.
