"Prim Hotel Vichayito was above and beyond our expectations. Carlos is so friendly and informative and treats guests like family - nothing is ever a problem! The rest of the staff are so lovely and welcoming as well. The room is beautiful and modern with air conditioning that works really well. The pool are is lovely and the view from the restaurant is amazing. The market below is really convenient and has everything you need for a beach holiday! I would 10000% return and we even extended our trip a few days because we loved the hotel so much!!"

"Jose at the front desk was amazing! He speaks great English and helped me find a doctor when I was experiencing a major amount of pain. This pain of course had nothing to do with the stay or hotel. Something totally random that we had no clue about what to do. But, he arranged a driver and the best doctor for me. I am so grateful because my vacation wouldn’t have been the same without his help! We also loved our servers but, Luis really was great with communication through the translator app and made our breakfast and lunches fun."
