"We arrived a bit early to check in, but were denied by the front desk staff. We asked if we could use the restroom, it was also denied. The staff said the restroom was closed. We asked if we could get a ground floor room because we have bikes, she said they don't have the ground floor available. We got the room on the 2nd floor, but there is no elevator on site. We stayed there for two nights, some people were running, yelling, screaming at night in the hallway, very noisy. No housekeeping removes trash, no fan in the bathroom. However, the room was clean when we were checking in and spacious."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. An excellent breakfast was provided and the young worker even came to tables to offer fresh cooked eggs before she placed them in the tray at the buffet. Very thoughtful. The pool was clean and warm and the location of the hotel worked well for us. We’d stay here again."

"Great location with a Denny's restaurant attached. Building is older however and there is no elevator. The king sized beds are super comfortable and the rooms are clean and well furnished. Would have given more stars if they allowed people to collect the rewards points when booking through a 3rd party website but they do not allow this according to the lady who checked me in. All around, nice stay, very quiet and comfortable. Will be back for sure."

"A maioria do pessoal era boa, oferecendo um bom serviço amigável e acomodação - até nos permitiu um pouco mais de tempo.A área de cozinha sempre foi armazenada e limpa!! As instalações, porém, precisam de atenção/manutenção e de modernização (badejo que cai negro e se afasta, desaparecimento de baseboard na casa de banho, camisa de cama rasgada, cortinas rasgadas na caminhada e uma das salas reservadas pela nossa família). Eu podia ver o hotel fazendo algum trabalho, porque os contentores de metal foram armazenados fora do edifício e as janelas de caixa de cama foram pilhadas fora do pátio - isso foi visível da área de refeição que era estranho ver velhos leitos enquanto comeu pequeno-almoço!"
