What you can tell was once a nice place is being let go. The room was not clean and some shoty repairs had been made in the bathroom. I booked on ******* and the manager refused to print or email me a receipt. And he was rather rude about it. The breakfast was limited and the sausage and eggs were much worse than the typical hotel breakfast’s eggs/sausage. I stay in the area for work and I won’t be back.

The room was run down, the main door didn’t close fully the handle was broken on the bathroom door. No pressure in the shower. Extremely outdated tvs

Nice, big, quiet room. Breakfast was nice and dining room is big. Shower curtain is in tatters and needs to be replaced.

You have to call for staff. Not very friendly and didn’t want to get pool towels. There weren’t towels in the pool area and the pool area wasn’t clean at all.

Little outdated. Room was spacious but not very clean. Pillows were horrible. There was a smell I couldn’t pinpoint, but it smelled “musty”.

I usually stay here when I come to Vernal to spend time with family. The staff is always so nice. I usually never have a complaint, but this time. We parked in a snow fillied parking lot. Driving through town every parking lot was plowed but this hotels. PLEASE PLOW THE PARKING LOT.

The toilet would not flush when we arrived. The toilet seat was broken. The bedroom tv remote was missing. Carports need cleaned, they advertised daily maid service that did not happen after we came back from outing we were told it had to be requested earlier so asked waited and got towels

When I got to my door it was open, I had to do a safety sweep before I went in. As a single female. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. The shower was cold! Couldn’t get warm water.
