Beautiful historic part of town. Unfortunate that all shops in the area are Americanized. No real Mexican flavour.

The hotel is located in a great place. It’s across the Zocalo where there’s always something going on. It’s with in walking distance to El Malecón. Overall it’s very clean next time I will just ask for a bigger room or suite. Would stay there again.

this is a very good option for having fun at downtown restaurants with outdoor live music, the hotel rooms are in good conditions even these are slightly old, The AC is also old and some noisy, I guess new furniture could refresh the hotel rooms and give a contemporary visual perception.
The pool water and all the area is clean, just the water is cold at January.
If you wish to stay in the real downtown this is a very good option, but if you wish quiet and silence, then look for any other option.
By the way, personel at lobby front desk very kind and all the personel is in very good mood and service attitude.
Definitely a place I could go back.

The property is located in a good area.... That's it. The hotel is very old, which is quite notorious on doors, restroom, and furniture. I feel the amount of money I paid for such a small, old room is not in alignment.

Great location and welcoming staff. Hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, as well as the artisan market/mercado artesanal, the puerto/the port, and the iconic La Parroquia cafe. The AC was great, the room space was great, I could work from the hotel, and there were 2 bottles of water which were a blessing in the heat. Check in was quick even though we checked in after 9:30pm.

Great location, just steps away from the main square. Having the AC on at night drowned all the outside noise, so we were able to sleep comfortably despite the music outside (which does go until 4am!)
The room was very clean and the housekeepers took excellent care to ensure everything was perfect every day. The facilities are nice, and even though the pool is small, it serves its purpose.
