Travelers Beach Inn

Room was unsafe and unsanitary. Service is terrible, too. Please do not book a room here! During the check in process, the receptionist went to great lengths not to touch anything used by guests. He asked for my credit card and held it with a wet tissue. Same with the pen that I used to sign the invoice. This is ironic, considering how dirty the motel is. The room key that I was provided with did not work, so I went back to the receptionist and told him about it. He put on one purple surgical glove, took the key from me, and went to the room. He too, couldn't unlock the door. He muttered something, and then KICKED the door open. The furniture was in poor condition. The armchair had stains and holes and airconditioning reeked of cigarette smoke. There was no safety latch on the door, and the peep hole was plugged with tissue. I did not feel safe staying in that motel because someone could easily barge into the room at night. I immediately checked out and sought a refund though Trip.com, but the motel rejected my request. 10/10 do not recommend booking a room at this motel.

This place should not be listed on trip.com period! The woman at the counter was in pajamas, she was not courteous at all, in fact she was rude and very unprofessional. The room was very very dirty, it had holes on the wall in the bathroom. the shower curtain was held up by a dirty towel cuz the shower curtain rod was too short....The bed blanket had dirty whit human secretion white stains on it and it smelled really bad + the towels were old and looked like a piece of rag. WIFI did not work properly as the router was inside the registration room behind the counter which was too far from my room. I ended up having to spend the night in my car in front of the room that I had paid for because I did not want to get sick and she refused to refund my money after I saw the room. It is an embarrassment for trip.com to list places like that, shame!

Very clean, staff very friendly. Conveniently located close to dining, beaches,and shopping. I will definitely stay here again.

Loud upstairs people But when I talked to them the next day. They said they just walked normally It’s the least expensive hotel In The area. But should be half that price. A 1/2 star hotel If 1/2 is as low as you can go

This place sucks Customer service is rude and and the place just sucks all in all, definitely would not recommend it whatsoever do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to avoid this place at all cost, literally the bottom of the barrel stay bed bugs, mold, cockroaches and gosh knows what else

The room was very old, in terrible disrepair. Paint peeling. Leaky fsucet, toilet ran constantly, water smelled bad, mattress collapsed, headboard detached and neighbors screaming both nights.leaning over bed,

We were kicked out day early which the horrible woman was doing to everyone there nd keeping depositi slept i. Car and left there in tears she was so cruel and evil

Liked nothing. Staff was cold and uncaring. Place was rundown, half the lights didn't work, toilet was leaking onto to floors, lamp shade completely broken. Towels were threadbare ******* should not list this hotel
