I ordered superior for 3 persons. The room was not as on pictures, we got on upper floor and when I stayed in bathroom, I hurt my head of the ceiling.. it was very narrow and strange shape.. it was changed the next day, but the first experience was quite surprising..even if we were told that if we dont like rhe room it is our problem..

Stayed at the residence in room Casanova with view to the side canal to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary! The room was beautiful, air conditioning worked well (and it was really hot)! Staff was super friendly. We even got a little something in our room for our anniversary, it was a nice touch! The TV channels did not work well but we did not come to Venice to watch TV!!! Breakfast was nice, the staff made it quite difficult for themselves having to prepare everything to order in the morning…but we were lucky and were allowed in the main hotel breakfast room which is much nicer (view to the main canal) than the residence breakfast room that had no view… The location is excellent, next to the Rialto bridge, gondolas, watertaxis, Alilaguna and actv! In summary: beautiful hotel, lovely staff and excellent location, we would go back!

Previously stayed here all be it prior to covid IE stayed Dec 2019 but nothing has changed excellent staff, rooms cleaned to a high standard breakfast 1st class.you are virtually in the centre but away down in a Calle of Venice easy walking distance to all main attractions also there are a good few restaurants and bars mostly locals frequent and they make you very welcome would Ui stay here again of course and the prices are very competitive for the area

The hotel is very close to Piazza San Marco. It only takes three to five minutes to walk there. In the evening, you can listen to the concert in Piazza San Marco and slowly return to the hotel. You can also walk to the square early in the morning to take pictures of the sunrise. It's just that the door is relatively remote, it's hard to find if you come for the first time, and it's still very convenient to find after you are familiar with it. In terms of hardware, the hotel on the main island of Venice does not have an elevator because the house is relatively old, and it is necessary to carry a suitcase on three or four floors. The room facilities are ok, although the room is not big or new, but it is clean. The little brother at the front desk of the hotel is very enthusiastic, introducing us to the main attractions in Venice, and mastering basic English can communicate without barriers. Perhaps due to the climate in Venice, the bedding on the bed at the end of September was extremely thin. The next morning we told our little brother that it was a bit cold at night, and we came back in the afternoon and found that it had thickened us and was very considerate. Breakfast varies from person to person, at least I think it’s ok. Of course, the variety cannot be compared to a five-star hotel, but it is also quite satisfactory, with good taste and yogurt.

Every aspect of this beautiful hotel is ideal. Location, staff,l and rooms - all at good value! Very easy to get to from the San Angelo Alilaguna stop- about a 5 minute walk. About the same to San Marco. A wonderful set of stores and restaurants under 3 minutes and a stone’s throw from the opera house. The staff are exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable, and available 24 hours a day. This is my fourth time staying and I’ve loved each room I’ve seen- all unique and charming. Breakfast is wonderful, and the setting feels like a living room. Relax as delicious cappuccino’s are brought to you, enjoying conversation and art that reflects the history of this very special hotel. Book here with confidence.

I received a message from the store in advance, explaining the route in detail. Take bus No. 2 from the train station and get off at the stop before the Riya Tow Bridge. After getting off the bus, follow the instructions and walk for 5 minutes to the hotel. Go to the second floor to complete the check-in formalities and then work. Staff took 10 minutes to walk to the apartment. Our room is on the second floor, with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with seasonings and a washing machine. The apartment is not in a busy area and is very quiet. It's a few minutes' walk to the river, very convenient. There is a market by the river in the morning where you can buy ingredients, and the seafood is fresh and cheap. Although prices are high in Venice, it is very cheap to buy water and food from supermarkets and markets.

The stay experience was satisfactory, despite the check-in time being a bit late. However, the staff kindly helped me with my luggage and placed it in the room, which was heartwarming. It's just a shame that there were no facilities for making tea or coffee in the room, such as a kettle, and guests should be aware that they need to buy drinking water. The breakfast service was excellent, and even though I arrived late, the staff kindly brewed a cup of coffee for me before they closed. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole nonostante il check-in tardivo. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e ha portato i bagagli in stanza, gesto molto apprezzato. Peccato però che in camera mancassero attrezzature per preparare tè o caffè, come un bollitore; gli ospiti dovrebbero quindi tenere presente che devono comprare acqua potabile. Il servizio colazione è stato eccellente: nonostante fossi in ritardo, il personale mi ha preparato una tazza di caffè prima della chiusura. 入住體驗還不錯，check in 時間比較晚但是服務人員有替我把行李放在房間，很窩心。只是房間沒有任何水壺喝茶咖啡的器具非常可惜，要自己去買喝水的大家要注意。早餐服務很好，太晚去吃餐點快收了還幫我泡了一杯咖啡。

Booked here at the last minute when I needed to extend my stay in Venice due to unforeseen circumstances. What a great experience. The hotel is extremely clean, the staff is wonderful, and my room (a triple, #307) was updated, bright and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice as well. As others have said, it can be a bit hard to find, but that's part of the appeal. It's very close to Rialto, but set apart from the bustle and crowds. The corner pub can be a bit noisy in the evening, but not a big deal if your windows are closed and the a/c is on. I would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was great. We took a water taxi from the airport to the hotel, the dock was right in front of the hotel which was very nice since we arrived late at night. The only thing can get improved was wifi, sometimes it was hard to get the signal in the room.

What I am most satisfied with is the bedding and the public space is beautiful. Hotel room rates fluctuate a bit every day. Venice is all about walking anyway. We put necessary changes in our backpacks and sent our suitcases to the hotel. Wait until after 15:00 to check if there is a cheaper price. Or wherever you go, if you see a hotel you like, just stay in it. There are so many good new five-star hotels in Venice. You can try more!

Pretty and perfect location. Basic yet traditional 200yards from the main part and 75 yards from the shops. Facing Gucci Great staff Best part was taking advantage of the free private boat to Murano island which we shared with another couple. I asked for a room overlooking the canal and it was just beautiful.

The breakfast is quite good, the hotel actually feels better than the pictures, the location is very good, downstairs is a luxury street. Boating and other things are also 200 meters downstairs, shopping is fun... You can see Baoge downstairs when you have breakfast Li shop, the experience is not bad, probably there is no service in Chinese, I need to speak English. You can go directly to a place where you can exchange money for tax refunds. You can refund cash directly. Very good experience.

My wife and I traveled to Italy for two week in October . Our trip started in Venice and we spent 4 days and 3 nights @ Ca Rialto House Hotel . The hotel in located steps away from Rialto bridge and the water taxi is located steps away form hotel front door The hotel is very old as our most things in Venice , the lobby is nice , the staff is wonderful and go out of their way to to take care of their guest Are room was on the small side , we had 2 Windows that over looked an alley , so not much of view . Room was decorated in traditional Old Italian decor , it was reallnice and I came to appreciate it more and more . We had nice bathroom , shower had lots of water pressure and hot water . The AC worked fantastic I mentioned the room ws on smaller side , but once we organized our suits cases it was more than ample space . We were out all day and if the afternoons we would come back and enjoy our room . The hotel offered a nice breakfast every morning , and there were 2 or 3 restaurants and coffee bars right outside of the front door Hotel is centrally located at rialto bridge , it is an easy walk to San Marks square and other areas of Venice . We venture to the neighborhoods across the Rialto bridge , we found lots of great restaurants and cafes with a lot less tourist . Overall we loved our stay at Ca Rialto and would definitey stay here again The also have outside deck that offers a view of the Grand Cannel , great spot to bring bottle of wine and drink on the deck and enjoy the view

The Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace was stunning. It was, by far, the best and most beautiful hotel in the category that we saw on our 14 trips from 2019 to 2023. The reception was competent, nice and courteous. First they offered us the luggage service. After that we were taken to the elevator and room. The page followed up the stairs. The room, a junior suite deluxe, has a size of almost 65 square meters including the bathroom. In addition to special pieces of furniture, fine wall fabrics, ”terrazzo alla veneziana” and elegant wooden floors create a Venetian flair. The open plan living area with mini bar leads through the sleeping area to the fine marble bathroom with bathtub and shower. Anyone who knows the Doge's Palace knows that the Junior Suite Deluxe also embodies beauty and splendor. The breakfast is good and diverse. The buffet includes bread and rolls, spreads, cheese and sausage, cold dishes such as yoghurt, hot dishes such as sausages, fruit, salad, desserts such as mousse and drinks. Special requests can also be ordered à la carte. The service is quick and courteous. The clean Venetian hotel comes with a heartfelt recommendation.

An ideal location only a few minutes walk away from the Rialto Bridge our apartment was in a block not far from Hotel Ai Reali. We went there first to check in and get our key. We had a fabulous welcome from a front of house person and were given a map, some very helpful information and that was very much appreciated. We were helped with our bags to our apartment, settled in and shown where things were. It was a great way to have an additional bed without the cost of an extra hotel room. We were impressed with the lovely European styling of the apartment and excellent facilities - a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave. Our bins were emptied each day, we were there for 3 nights and felt safe, secure.
