Ca' dei Proverbi Suites

I highly recommend this Hotel! We spent two 3 days in Venice and with this Hotel room we had a very comfortable base after walking all day. There are also 2 Vaporetto Stations within 5 minutes of walking distance so thats quite nice aswell ☺️

Very bad 922270774 Nightmare experience and it’s definitely when you book and pay you get a notification. That it’s 30 metres check in outside the hotel , there is no hotel security , supervision , and rain pouring n the entrance hall . At best it’s a great film set for fright night , rally creepy We decided not to stay and the arguments stated with the hotel reception who made zero attempt to provide guest services just argue with us , scary , unsafe and shameful guest services Don’t stay here and never pay before arrival and ******* expect more and more complaints until we are refunded

Just come back from a 3 night break in Venice staying here. The place is amazingly located, quiet but very central to the main areas including Rialto. The room itself was perfect for what we required with a comfy bed, and had an amazing shower. The only small negative was the room was quite warm and stuffy and slightly dark as no outlook only onto a wall of the building opposite. But it was quiet and peaceful considering so close to Main Street from station. The staff at reception were friendly and efficient. We didn’t have breakfast but you can pay extra for this. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Great stay thank you x

Wonderful! Staff where we check in at Ca’ d’Oro were lovely and this property is super close by. Clean, super quiet, nice spacious bathroom, big tv, lovely huge windows, but also huge shutters making it absolutely dark at night which was great for sleep. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and a short walk to the northern ports to go to Murano. We left luggage both before and after checkout at Ca’d’Oro with no trouble. Very highly recommended.

The room was minimalist. Could have used mirrors (full length) in loft area, only mirrors were on main level. One common bathroom for large room made it challenging. 2 full stair lengths to climb to access room with no lift so if have heavy suitcases or disability may be difficult. Long trek from train station but well worth it as the area was one of our favorite in Venice. Checkin was friendly and smooth but know in a different area (about 100 m ) than the actual suites.

It was a fine property, we just felt a bit cramped with four adults to an apartment. Our bathroom door couldn't open all of the way because it hit up against one of the downstairs twin beds. But lots of ambiance!

The staff was super friendly and the room was very clean. Too sp**** on furniture. Nowhere to sit together. My husband sat on the stairs because no chairs. Also, they gave you one card that was needed for power when you were in the room. My sons wanted to go for ice cream and shopping which meant my husband and I would have to sit in the dark with no air conditioner.

Clean. Comfortable. Nice area. Close to shops and restaurants. Not too far from water bus stops. Short walk to Ca’ de Oro vaporetto stop. Longer walk from Fondamente Nove Allilaguna stop, with two bridges to cross while carrying your suitcases. Two flights of stairs inside the building to carry your suitcases. Front desk is not in the property itself. It is in another hotel nearby. If you want breakfast, you have to order it in advance and specify the time when you want it served.

well located. possible to walk around to all turistic places in Venezia
