I booked this place through *********** while I was travelling from the Netherlands to the south of France on the 26th of July 2021. I booked it on the same day that I intented to arrive because it was supposed to be a stop over during my two long days driving. I looked for hotels on *********** where I could arrive late around 22 in the evening and Le Grand Saint Marc was listed amongst them so I booked it and paid immediately so the room would not be taken by somebody else. While driving the hotel e-mailed me that a late check in was not possible after 20 hours. Since I was driving I saw this message only when I stood in front of their (closed) gate in the dark at 22 hours. I emailed Le Grand Saint Mark explaining what happened and that I wanted my money back, since I had already payed thinking that I secured my place for the night. But I don't even get an anwser back and they don't pick up the phone. I called with *********** several times about this and they can't fix anything because I am listed as a "no show" by the hotel. So Le Grand Saint Mark got their money and *********** their fees without any stay, service or reply whatsoever. I am very dissapointent with the way they handle something like this. I have emailed the hotel, called them the day after and I don't get any answer back. *********** says they call me back but they don't either. I will appreciate if you willsend me back my payment because I am not a 'no show'. You don't show up for me. Very bad service.
