The Amayaa

Vikas and his staff were very welcoming and looked after us extremely well. The variety of food was extensive and the quality was of a high standard. I really enjoyed the Nan bread and the eggplant dish and other offerings on the buffet. The breakfast dishes were just right.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. ***ager very friendly. Delicious meals. ...Shashi and Vikas are the most friendliest ***agers I have ever met. The met all my needs and requirements. ***oj, the Master egg chef made the most delicious eggs for my family and I. The whole Bhojanik team deserve the highest accolade and compliments. Keep up the excellent work . Will definitely return

I really had a great trip to Varanasi staying at Amayaa. Had a deluxe room booked for more than a week which was very hygienic and well maintained. Housekeeping staff was also very helpful and polite, were always ready to help with whatever I needed. Had 2 meals buffet booked which was very comprehensive with both veg and non veg options, they even have navratri food for people who fast. Restaurant ***ager Vikas Gupta and others really served me well and took care of the food during my stay. Overall I had great experience with Amayaa and it's staff.

Good hotel , Good service , Good staff , special mention staff ..Shashi Mishra , Suraj , Ankit…The Buffet breakfast was good. And good spread , Room was airy and spacious. Hotel is in good location . Near to temple and city. Thank you for the all services.

Food has been fantastic, lovely atmosphere in restaurant and amazing service especially from Dhiraj and Ketan! Moong dal halwa was a favourite of ours. Definitely would stay again. The service has been second to none, with everything we have needed being helped with. Our room has been clean, tidy and the facilities have been fantastic. We have particularly enjoyed sitting by the pool side with a beer in the evening. We would recommend The Amaymaa to anyone.

Funtastic hotel in Varanasi. Very good food here and services was excellent and most recommended buffet breakfast and and restaurant staff specialy mr. Shashi &. Vikas and his team suraj and ketan they are good and helpful and positive attitude.. fully recommended. On my site..

I booked a room from make my trip at the time of checked in they are refusing to take my id that is Addhar card of mine and my wife. They are saying local are not allowed but where its written. They are just making money nothing else. I am also a hotelier and I worked in so ***y hotels but this is really bad. No worries but will complain this in govt portal also. They are just doing fraud with the customer.

Bathtub did not have a stopper. After getting the stopper installed the water still leaked through some hole in it. The lock of bathroom door got jammed and every time took us at least a minute and a lot of effort to get it unjammed. The restaurant in the hotel only gives breakfast. There is no paid option for lunch or dinner. The room is not sufficiently lit. The curtains in the bathroom look 20 years old and is torn at multiple places. No notebook, pencil or wifi password in the room.

The Amayaa is not 5 star hotel, I would class it as a 3 star at best. Bedrooms - we had a suite which cleaned to the best of their abilities. Bathroom needed updating, sink and tub never drained and the water was freezing. Constant complaints from us to get hot water. Pro: Bedroom was a decent size Plenty of room for work and relaxing Bed was comfortable Laundry service was fantastic Room attendant was fantastic Cons; Zero Covid Precautions Zero reception assistance or acknowledgment Zero assistant from porters No fridge in suite No iron (we had to request one) Stains on lamps Carpets never vacuumed Air conditioning partially working Internet is awful, would constantly need resetting Room service….you’ll be waiting up to 45 mins for a bottle of water. Hallway stank of smoke, on non-smoking floor Food - breakfast was from 7am to 10am daily. Buffet style. However more like brunch then breakfast. Who eats chicken nuggets from breakfast? No variety of juices or even fruit. Croissants were stale. The omelettes were freshly made and were cooked well. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I could not wait to leave after 5 days.
