Hotel the Royal Vista

Recently stayed in hotel royal vista and the experience was great. Hotel was clean and safe to stay. Also the staff was friendly. I really liked it.

I loved my stay here. The room service, housekeeping, restaurant everything was nice and comfortable. The room and dining area was clean and hygienic.

Great place to stay if you are in varanasi. The room service was good and the staffs were very nice and friendly. The room was cleaned daily which i liked. The food provided there was delicious. I loved it. Overall my stay at royal vista was awesome.

It was solo travel-ling to varanasi and it was enjoyable stay with royal vista the staff was so nice and helpful also this property is an nice location it was totally safe for single lady traveller they served the good food also. Totally recommend property

Very comfortable and clean room, had a delightful experience, bed was comforting and provided with amenities.

Decent, neat and clean, well organised rooms and services. Good food also and location is also easily accessible.

Avoid this hotel at all costs my recent stay at the royal vista was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. The moment i stepped into my room, it was evident that this was not going to be a pleasant experience. The power plugs were non-operational, and it took over an hour for them to be fixed, leaving me unable to charge my devices or use any electrical appliances. In addition to the power issues, the bathroom was dimly lit due to faulty bulbs, creating a uncomfortable environment. The receptionist, with her cold demeanor, only added to the unpleasant atmosphere, showing little interest in addressing any of my concerns. During checkout, the nightmare continued as the hotel owners inexplicably billed us for ad hoc charges, including a fee for dirty towels. This egregious attempt to squeeze extra money out of guests was the final straw in what was already a horrendous experience. From malfunctioning amenities to indifferent staff and shady billing practices, this hotel is one to avoid at all costs. Also, if you’re a brahmin wearing a janew, the hotel is non-welcoming to us.

I am very upset. How you can offer lucknow's royal vista stay to customers. Absolutely worst service. Bathroom, room is very dirty. There were cockroaches in the room. No phone service. No intercom. Towels were provided dirty. The bed sheets were stained. No attendance is ready to come. There were many mosquitoes in the room. I was just heartbroken. Even after complaining to the reception, no one took any notice. There were no hooks to hang clothes in the bathroom. Not hand-wash liquid. The door mattress was extremely dirty. I protest make my trip.

Visiting varanasi was fantastic and my stay at royal vista made it even better. The hotel was super comfy and the food was delicious. What really impressed me was the quantity of food they served. It was definitely worth the money. A full stomach definitely adds to a great trip.
