For the exchange for : $10cad we got from the hotel 180 pseuso.But when we go to the market place they give us for $10 cad =700pseuso!!!!we are so mad about the exchange from the hotel. i refer to all of you to take a bus it s cost $5cad or $ 5 us,to bring you to the market for the exchange.they start at 8,30am .every 45mns they have a tour.and they finish at 8,30pm. I refer this hotel to who wants to go to Varaderos. We have Great times. Don t forget to bring spray for mosquitoes.! When you check out they will check if all towels they give to you are all in your room if not you have to pay!! Have a good trip.

Very good. You can enjoy the view of the sunset and sunrise. The hotel holds events frequently, the participation rate is good, and the hotel's arrangement is nice. It is worth booking. Book it directly on Ctrip, which is convenient and fast!

In January 2020 I spent six days in this hotel and had to move five times from one unacceptable room to an other. I had the following problems with the room: 1, urine smell inside the room, 2, huge cockroaches in the room, 3, NO FIRE ALARM inside the room, 4, no working air conditioner and the temperature was around 30C, 5, the balcony door was stuck, 6, no phone in the room, 7, very dark room, 8, extremely loud music from the near park until 3 am, not possible to sleep. We asked the hotel for help but they were not helpful and sent us to check out the other room before we move - they said it’s the guest’s responsibility. We had to pack and carry the luggage. There is no lift but more buildings and we had to carry all our stuff with no help. Floors were covered in water and I fell once. I asked the staff to speak with the manager, the manager never came to talk to me, although I wanted to sort out many problems, didn't care about me. At first sight I liked the hotel, but after all this I will never go back there.

my wife and I have been going to this hotel since 2013 it has changed management twice cuban owed then be live experince .now cubanican owns it again the reason we stay here is it is not to large close to varadero and not a long walk to the beach the staff do everything possible to help you but with limited resourses available.this it cuba you donot have things at hand like we do at home. they do their best to help you.so like all hotels in cuba you have to go with and open mind .we like that every year we go the staff rememder you greet us with open arms from the door man all the way down to the grounds keepers. they have made improvements to the whole reasort.the bars food areas intrenet .it wasnice to see that during these covid times the sanitation was top notch every where in the hotel and thoughout the resort.there was plenty of food and a variaty at all meals getting into cuba as acanadian has allways been trouble free. even with covid 19 we felt safer in cuba than at home.leaving to go home getting your pcr test at the hotel was fast and easy.in finishing my review I would like to thank all the staff and cuban citizens for being so happy to be of service to us patrick and caterine smith

First time in Cuba and this hotel. Found the hotel to be lovely had a beautiful Caribbean feel to the hotel. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. Food was nice but found to be a little bit repetitive but it’s an all inclusive hotel what do you expect. Never went hungry. If you don’t like Caribbean food don’t go! This is not Europe they don’t cater just for the brits. I’m not a fussy Eater so never bothered me. Drink nice never had a problem. Rooms very nice lots of space and always clean. Pool big and lots of room around the pool area with a bar and food as well. Beach is lovely very clean and bins around to put your rubbish in and a nice little beach bar. Very cute! Entertainment was good. Feel like there could be a bit more though out the day but still enjoyed it. Night time had good entertainment. Shows where very good and always something different each night. Great family hotel and always something to do for the kids. There where a few little nit pics but nothing worth writing. Got to remember we have been in a pandemic for 2 year. Nothing is going to be perfect just yet. I will be definitely going back to this hotel. Loved it. Also take mosquito stuff as they are on steroids.
