Good hotel for a budget price, location good. The hostel is dated but clean and for £10 a night double room with aircon and on suite I was well happy. Free hot and cold drinking water downstairs. Reception speak English. Would I stay here again yes, would I recommend to friends yes.

We originally booked for 3 nights but extended our stay. Online it’s $9 for private room but if you book directly with the guesthouse it’s 100,000 Kip for one night. Rooms are basic but cool, fan was quiet and worked well. The bathroom was basic but running water and hot, powerful shower. Beds are very firm but you can sleep. Duvet is quite small for two people sharing it’s more a single duvet than a double one but again you can make do due to the cheap prices. Rooms weren’t cleaned the whole time we were there but again you can’t argue for the price and when you asked the cleaner she gives you fresh towels and toilet paper. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, good location and the staff are very chilled and leave you to it. Free hot and cold water and glasses / cups for drinks.
