Annecy Hotel

First, they gave us for 5th floor, may be that room is not clean yet and has very bad smells. Bed sheet, pillows, floor and toilet are totally hells (has very bad smells). Table mirror has broken and need to change new one. So I requested to change other room and got at 4th floor but toilets needs to be more cleanliness and also the same for pillows, floor and tower needs to be more cleanliness. Thanks.

For the price you can't go wrong with breakfast it's only a five minute walk from most Action and when you are out all day and night anyway it doesn't really matter about the view from the room.

A little run down. But free breakfast is great and the staff were very friendly! Also a great location. Can see hot air balloons around sunset from the balcony or rooftop.

Staff so helpful and so kind, For breakfast standard but the location is the heart of vang vieng,,, if I come back to Laos especially Vang Vieng i will stay here again 🙌

I found this hotel a marvelous place to stay on a budget; the staff were friendly and relaxed, the room was clean and the price is excellent considering you get a delicious free breakfast included.

Very convenient location. However, the room was a bit musty. I suspect we were put in a room where someone had previously smoked. The first room we were put on did not have a lockable door, so we couldn't stay there and asked to be moved. The second room had stains on the walls and the wardrobe smelled really bad. Breakfast is not great. Very basic. I will not be staying there again.

Cool place for Vang Vieng....Have breakfast and swimming pool ✌️ Nice stay

Even though it says non smoking, people were smoking. The bed was making noise and water was leaking in the bathroom.
