Absolutely beautiful hotel with a great convenient location. While I was there it was -11 and the outdoor pool and hot tub were just steaming away and very comfortable.
The staff were kind and polite.

absolutely enjoyed our time there. Outdoor jacuzzi and steam room were fabulous for apres ski. Room dining options are delicious, large-size, and excellent prices. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a lovely and memorable stay! Recommend to anyone visiting downtown Vancouver!

One of the best check-in experiences I've ever had. I checked in early and my room wasn't ready, so they sent me to the fifth-floor lounge with a ticket for a free coffee, and I read by the fireplace. The place was almost deserted and they were showing old movies. Wonderful food, too

Absolutely loved out stay. The rooms are spacious, beds comfy and super nice staff. Our kids loved swimming in the heated pool while the adults relaxed in the hot tub. You can't beat the location. Right around the corner from the subway and restaurants and shops everywhere.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in a very good location, with short walking distance to BC Place, Rogers Centre, Art Gallery, Granville Island, Gas Town, and many restaurants and shops.
The rooms are well appointed, very clean, and comfortable.
The L'Orangerie restaurant and bar is a very nice and peaceful spot for a drink and/or some food.
