The easiest way to describe my experience is to post a couple pictures. There is an obvious level of indifference from management to the business travel. Worst room I’ve ever seen. The couch was destroyed. The ottoman looked like someone had used a cheese grater on it. This room was 200 bucks to my budget. I called Hilton to try and get in touch with the manager, I was told everything was fine.

Please refer to the photo if you want to see for yourself why you need to choose anything but this property. Also, be very aware of their small print on early check out. They get you!! Predatory pricing and it’s finest and it’s because everyone would check out early if they are expecting a Hilton product. Shouldn’t be allowed under the flag. Deteriorating the brand. Paid over $200 per night for this trash hole.

Scary place..! This is what you get to walk into when you stay here. The cookies are great and you get free waters which is standard at every DT. But I got a rude awakening when I walked into my room this evening. They can't offer anything else not even points to for the horrid conditions of the furniture other than a blanket.

Why didn't I read the reviews??? Are you kidding me? I am a nightly Hilton staying Diamond member. I have never stayed at a Hilton property that had furniture like this. Review after review showing the nasty couchs. I am on my 2nd room with the same furniture. Front desk says they can't cancel my reservation because they aren't authorized to make that call. I realize why... everyone would want to cancel. The Hilton brand should take the franchise away until it is dealt with. Just horrible.

Room was dirty Couch for seating or for extra guest was ripped on cushions and arms Carpet was torn Lampshade was broken and stained We prepaid for breakfast and just left, there was nothing that looked edible Not sure how this place got 4 of 5 stars from other reviews On positive note Staff was nice and the bathroom had clearly been updated in semi recent history

The pullout bed in room is of poor quality. The faux leather is completely peeled off. The next morning we realized the inner down that is covered by the top sheet had dried blood on it. I no longer have that capability to have periods, so I know it was not from me (it was on my side)

I stayed for two nights. The hotel sent me messages to forewarn me about the remodel. Other than some minor aesthetics, I had a great experience. Alex did an amazing job with customer service and accommodations. I encountered him a few times during my stay. He had a line and also answered the phones alone at the front desk. No matter what the situation was he remained courteous and kind, helpful and provided excellent customer service. It definitely helped impact my experience in a positive way and made it easier to tolerate the remodel.

My heartfelt thanks to Maria, Alex, and the staff at The Double Tree! There were some personal circumstances that had arisen. They were kind, thoughtful, and very helpful! With the challenges they had on their own, every single one of them stepped up to help someone. The beauty of them all had shown through the past two days. I will be eternally grateful for the hospitality, and the excellent breakfast that was made! It had been very long time since, I had been able to sleep. Allowing someone else to do the heavy lifting for you is essential . The crew here was so lovely, and I think they all deserve a raise!

Furniture in the room was torn up , alarm system was going off at night very one minute , I couldn’t sleep until one Am. The breakfast buffet was a huge mess and tables were full with dirty dishes . I spoke to the manager Jessica Burton and gave her my complaints but all she said that there was a warning on the web site for the hotel condition . She didn’t offer any customer satisfaction solutions and just blew off all my concerns . I told her I will just not come back and choose the Marriott. She didn’t care. It’s sad to see such management, I’ve stayed at the Hilton for years and was surprised to see Jessica just totally not care . I don’t recommend this hotel att all .
