Great stay during the long travel Back across the country. We were tired, and Linda checked us in quickly and had a great welcoming personality. Room was large and clean, didn’t hear any neighbors or road traffic. Breakfast was standard and delicious. Would recommend to anyone passing through.

My daughter was traveling across the country and I was booking her hotels each day. I am a member of BW and I have always found they are clean, comfy and provide a nice hot breakfast. Her stop in Fort Smith did not disappoint. After checking into her room she felt a little uncomfortable as there was an adjoining room/door. Linda at the front desk assured her that she was safe, no one was staying in the adjoining room and provided her with an extra door stop to give her extra comfort. She checked in on her several times and my daughter said, "it felt like having another Mom around." She told me the bed was comfy and the breakfast was hot and yummy. Thank you Linda and BW for going a step further to make a guest feel comfortable and safe.

I will admit it was a long, tedious day traveling across TN And Arkansas. Accommodations as expected, always good at a Bestie. But the smell in the pet room, OMG. When you have to use something to cover the smell, it's time to clean thoroughly. Nice, polite staff. Linda moved me to another room but I could still smell it.

I believe the room had been shut up for a while. It took couple of hours to get it cool. The bathroom needed updated, the tub was discolored and there was an unpleasant odor. The carpet was sticky, we chose to keep our shoes on. Finally, we killed several flies in the room.

Susan and I loved this hotel, it was clean, the staff here was very nice and the breakfast was excellent! We would stay here again. It was very quite, no noise what so ever. Oh, and the shower was great! We enjoyed the town and history of Van Buren, Arkansas.

We found this hotel by mistake and so glad we did. This hotel was older but in good shape and very clean. We will keep this hotel on our list if we take another road trip their way again.

Right off the highway in Van Buren. Easy to find and get to with adequate well lit parking. Service was friendly and quick. Room was clean sizable and featured both a small microwave and a mini frig. There was a laundry room available for hotel guests as well. t

ive stayed here in 2022. what i liked was being able to park in front of my room. makes it easy for seniors to carry their luggage to room. breakfast is very good food and offerings. good water pressure in shower. top quality hotel without over charging. very well done.

An older best western, but good for one night. Clean. Two stories, no elevator. Lots of chain restaurants within walking distance. Would stay again. Separate entryways. We had 113 which was good for us. Breakfast was standard, but good with tables that were continually cleaned.
