This is a unique and privileged house for those whole love the mountains, the charming villages and the sea, which is only 7 km away. At the back of the house you will find a beautiful and wild garden where you can enjoy a good reading. If you prefer the shade you can stay beneath the tree and enjoy the nice scent of the aromatic plants. The terrace is covered by vines and next to it you will find the porch with the barbecue where you can cook delicious meals. The property is fenced and since the house is within the village, there are neighbours next to. The two-storey house has a traditional style. The living-dining room is an example of the Mallorcan style and it offers a little TV with satellite channels as well as a wood stove that you can use when it is cold. The kitchen is well equipped including a gas stove, oven and utensils to cook. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms in the house, one with a shower on the ground floor and the other with a tub which is located upstairs. Regarding the bedrooms, there are three in total, all of them with a closet. There is one on the main floor and it offers twin beds. The other two are on the top floor, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. In addition, both of them offer a fan an exit to a wonderful balcony. The nearest beach is a semicircular little cove, with pebbles, gravel and rests of marine vegetation 7 km away in Port the Valldemossa but you also can head to Puerto de Soller or Cala major, near Palma, both of them sandy beaches.
