Vail Residences at Cascade Village, Part of Hyatt

This was a little uncomfortable. It felt like we were in someone’s homes that was being lived in. Not like an airbnb but more like we walked into a house. Everything was older. Photos everywhere of the current owners. Old sheets and pillows. Super unsettling. I was surprised.

Beautiful home. You have to shuttle everywhere but the shuttle was quick and convenient.

The property is fine and the service was excellent. The only issue is that the bed at the condo was very noisy. It was a metal bed that would grind and make noises at the slightest movement making it very difficult to have a good sleep.

I booked top tier condo but had several maintenance issues with the unit during our stay and did not get fixed prior to our departure. accessibility to grand Hyatt is plus, mattresses were worn out in all 3 rooms. easy check inn & check out process.

Condo is filthy. Front desk was unhelpful at grand Hyatt because it’s condo owned. Did not get my money back would never say again! I attempted to reach out to the manager two days in a row to get my money back.

We stayed in penthouse number 4 which is a platinum level and it was just okay. There were no napkins, paper towels, kitchen towels, dish soap, pot pad holders in the kitchen. The lighting was terrible - all the light bulbs need up leveled. The blinds in the main room and master bedroom didn't function properly so the view was obscured. Nice amount of space and the bathroom showers were great. We were there during mud season so paid a reasonable rate but otherwise would have been disappointed.

Stasi and her team provide exceptional service and support for the beautiful properties they represent. I cannot say enough about their customer service orientation, responsiveness to any request, and their overall professionalism. Every home we’ve stayed in here has been exceptional. All of these are reasons we keep coming back year after year. The hotel lounge and restaurants are equally great. We LOVE this place!

Absolutely LOVED our stay here. Felt like home away from home. Super clean and such a nice condo with all the necessary amenities.

A few things missed and not addressed during our stay like lighting at hot tub was out and large spider webs on the pool towel room door jamb. Was expecting this to be a top notch property for our honeymoon but fell a little short.
