"We picked Saj Vagamon for this unusually long weekend as many places were fully booked during this Vishu Easter double bonanza. This resort is massive and it's all about guest service. Right from the point of booking till the final check out, the staff headed by Manager Reji provided excellent support. Supervisor Abhijit rang up several times to guide us. We reached Saj at 1100h on 14th Apr and received a very warm welcome. The package included all meals and to be honest, it's too much food. The menu is limited but they provide not just breakfast, lunch & dinner but tea + snacks around 5 pm and starters around 7 pm. I really didn’t understand why the buffet dinner on day 2 started at 9:45 pm. The property is huge and has a small lake inside where you can do boating and fishing - Jijin was very kind & obliging. The early morning walks provided by Arun on Day 1 and Arul on Day 2 were memorable. They took us to lesser known spots in Vagamon from which one can enjoy nature's amazing magic. If you are in Vagamon, wake up early and go for morning walks. It's a must do. The washrooms are in need of revamp. The high point of the trip was paragliding @ Adventure Park. The rates may seem high but it's worth every single rupee & more. The wind has to be just right for it to happen. They will stop flying as and when the weather is not condusive. That 15 minutes of flying is an experience for a lifetime. To sum up, Saj Vagamon is all about outstanding hospitality and serene ambience. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staffs were so welcoming and the hospitality was at its best. The room was none less than a star hotel room. Literally I could not find even a small dirt or dust. Carrying my 1.5 yrs old baby I was so concerned about the food. But Gladson, assistant manager of the resort was so kind. He even customized the food for my kid on request. The swimming pool and the play area both indoor and outdoor should have a special mention. It was great. And the breakfast buffet served was also very good with variety of options. The view from the balcony was the best part. We really loved the experience and hoping to visit again with our whole family."

"Rooms are spacious with very courteous staff and excellent service. They entertained requests like change of room (to ground floor), late checkout etc. Food was good and tasty only downside was dinner was only buffet and i didn't want to have a heavy dinner, so had to go outside for food."

"Booked premium jacuzzi room, the room was good, neat and clean. Space was good for a family of 4. Morning breakfast has limited options only, for lunch and dinner you need to book well in advance which is a drawback. No option for deserts except ice cream. Food quality is average. No camp fire and music. Pool was without any attendant. Indoor play area was not maintained like almost closed. So just good room and nothing much overall."
