주차장이 넓어서 선택 저녁에 가면 이용할 수 있는 시설이 없음. 근처에 차타고 나가서 음식사서 숙소로 돌아옴

Really good hotel. Comfortable, convenient and great value. The only slight fly in the ointment was the WIFI which was awful, unless you upgraded, but when you tried to do it you couldn't. Normally, it wouldn't have been an issue, but the 4G signal was poor too. Still was fab apart from that.

Well it all started with the lovely lady at the reception who did an exceptional job by welcoming us with a lovely smile …. She introduced herself as Franca !!! The place is good value for money The rooms were clean ….. I have been in many hotels but never been welcome by staff so well. Thanks to Franca that my stay was well taken care of I would strongly recommend this place If you happen to visit the hotel ….. please ask for Franca This lady will make sure u have a pleasant stay You are a star Franca….. Thank you for the lovely stay …..

It was a very pleasant experience … the young lady franca at the reception was very kind and helpful….she also gave us a very warm welcome

Such a great location and plenty of parking… but it smells musty and damp. Smells from the corridors into the room… the windows do not open which limited airing out of the room. Surely the staff can smell it. My clothes smelt when I left. Really not great.

Easily found Huge beefeater next door Plenty of free parking Recommend yes Set the sat nav and gets you right there We paid £104 per night but I suppose that’s the average here? Staff polite and beds lovely and crispy Wifi is not so good maybe needs improving

Perfect location for a very important meeting in Beaconsfield and also so convenient for Heathrow too… great rooms and a very enjoyable offer on breakfast and dinner meal deal…

Sadly Room was in poor condition, smelt of smoking by previous occupants, heating did not work. The evening meal and breakfast was poor quality, the restaurant and furniture is in poor condition, chairs badly stained, we were greeted by builders in high viz vests for breakfast made it feel like a transport cafe. Very disappointed could not wait to get back home.

We have stayed very regularly at Premier Inns all over the UK from their inception and have always found the customer service to be consistently good. However, we stayed at the Uxbridge Riverside Premier Inn on Sunday 19th March 2024 and were amazed at the wonderfully warm welcome we received from Alison, the receptionist on duty at the time of our arrival. We had stayed at the same hotel during 2023 and had met Alison then but really didn't expect her to remember me and even my name! She also remembered our preferred room and that we had booked for Christmas last year but had to cancel! This is what I call Customer Service and Alison's overall friendly, helpful and efficient manner has proved second to none and is a major factor in my husband and I choosing to stay at the Premier Inn Uxbridge, Riverside whenever we are in the area. Thank you, Alison, hope to see you again very soon! I would also like to commend the receptionist on duty later that same evening but unfortunately didn't get her name. She too, was incredibly helpful and very willing to do anything we needed to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible.
