Uwajima Teminal Hotel

The staff was extremely friendly. It was a raining day. In case to get wet, he told me to park at their hall way and take the luggage in. I can either leave the car key to the front desk or park the car in the parking lot. It's so sweet of the staff. I do love their service so far. Later on, when I got into the room, I found out that I booked a smoking room, the wrong room type of what I needed. I am allergic to the smoking room. I asked the staff to help out. He went to the manager and my room was swapped to "301". So Awesome!! I was upgraded to a huge family room with 2 big beds and a big long sofa. I believe that was their last non-smoking room since that was a Saturday night. Thank you so so much. I do appreciate that. The hotel is across from the JP station. It is so convenient to get almost everything. What a wonderful experience to stay at Uwajima Terminal Hotel!! Thanks a million!!

設施：酒店軟件很好，多少彌補了它硬件的不足……雙床房面積不小，還有個三人沙發，只是浴室太小，台階又高是硬傷。 衞生：雖然裝修老舊，依然乾淨整潔。 環境：酒店位置極佳，就在宇和島JR站對面，小城很安靜，前台女士推薦的烤肉館相當不錯👌距離酒店步行也就十幾分鍾。 服務：辦理入住後寄存的行李箱已經被送到房間了，前台熱情耐心服務無可挑剔。如果不是長居者推薦入住。

ツインに宿泊しましたが、ベッドも広く清潔感もあり、また部屋も思っていたより広かったので過ごしやすかったです。お茶パックだけでなく、コーヒースティックもあれば嬉しかったです。あと、TVの位置が枕元だったので、寝ながらは見えにくかったです。部屋とユニットバスの段差がかなり深く、ちょっと出入りしにくかったのと、ユニットバスのドアが閉まりにくかったです。
