Not very clean. Smoky room. But very nice people at the reception. For 1 night it's ok. But it’s not very long to stay there.

Service was excellent! Some staff can speak English. Busy hotel but got enough parking. Location is convenient, there are restaurant nearby. Room is semi-double but we got enough space. Got breakfast however the breakfast time is pretty early from 6am to 8:30am. (Check out time is 10am) We went down at 7:45am, but food was almost gone, but staff no refill anymore, this might need to be improved. Also the room inside and the bathroom are a bit old, carpet is a bit dirty, this might need to be improved too. But overall, its pretty good to stay a few nights.

Went with friends in Australia. The two beds in the hotel were just enough for us. The stay was good. It was close to the station. The people in the hotel were good. I will come again next time.

This is the second super hotel. I used it in Shizuoka before, but it's the same inside. It's a good thing not to carry a card key, but I think people who are not used to entering PIN will be surprised. The large communal bath was surprisingly crowded, 3 people were filled with washing areas, 4 people were waiting in the bathtub, and the dressing room was waiting in line, and the locker was very crowded with people waiting. I couldn't calm down. I just want you to improve it. I think the other is a level and quality that is satisfactory from the price.

I was worried about staying alone, but when I checked at the front desk, I was relieved that there were some female staff. I felt that the room was very clean and clean. I turned on the air conditioner because the room was a little hot, but I was in trouble because it didn't get cool at all. But the window was open so I put in the outside air. The bed was very easy to sleep. The pillows were just right for me. I was worried about trying it because there is a service that can be exchanged for free, but I was satisfied because I could sleep well. Breakfast is a home taste menu! Warm miso soup, rice, boiled food, curry. And two kinds of salad. It was a gentle menu. I wanted to go to Utsunomiya Futarasan Shrine before returning, so I was able to leave my luggage after checking out, which was very helpful. I walk a little from the station, but I am very satisfied because I was able to spend comfortably.
