I am happy to report everyone's 10/10 reviews were genuine. The only thing I would change are the hairdryers to Dyson type hairdryers with high speed airflow rather than traditional heating coils.

This hotel is top quality. Worthy of 5 star standard. Just built in 2024, everything was brand new. Front desk receptionists were all so professional and hospitable. We felt so at home and comfortable that we stayed for 6nights. We were offered an abundant breakfast, evening tea and late supper. We had 70 inch tv with movie channels. There is a complementary laundry room. The Japanese style toilet was a bonus. Bus stop is across the road. Walking distance to Hong Shan Park, Peoples Park, Xinjiang Museum and Saybad Shopping district. Highly recommend any visitors to Urumqi to this wonderful hotel.

O hotel é BEM confortável e confortável perto do Grande Bazaar, com muitas lojas e cafés perto. Pros: Apartamento familiar espaçoso com quarto separado para crianças. Cons: O hotel não aparece no mapa (AMap ou Google Maps), por isso só Pode ser encontrado com o endereço.

Este lugar é incrível, em termos de localização, está localizado entre as casas locais / escolas um pouco na rua, mas não está longe do transporte público (o subestrada está 800m) e os táxis são abundantes. A sala é grande pelo preço que oferece, eu fiquei no duplex por 3 noites, é espaçoso e limpo. As acomodações também são de excelente qualidade, as toalhas/calças são limpas. O despacho frontal é muito bem-vinda e útil. Não falo mandarim, porém, não foi um problema, pois podemos comunicar através do aplicativo de chat/tradução e eles estavam dispostos a me ajudar tanto quanto pudessem e que só mostra que a hospitalidade é além das expectativas. Outra coisa grande é que um dos anfitriões fala inglês também! Como estrangeiro, isso é um ponto mais importante de ficar nesta grande acomodação, embora eu sugira que qualquer viajante aprende um pouco da língua local para ter uma experiência de viagem mais memorável.O anfitrião também dá grandes conselhos de viagem. Eu certamente voltaria a este lugar quando visitar Xinjiang no futuro 💖

Alex, the lady from reception was so helpful and courteous. She was all smiles and made us feel very welcome. When she found out that I was an IHG member, she offered me a bottled welcome drink, From 6pm to 2am, the hotel offered free beef noodles and wanton soup (not sure whether this was based on room type). Food was good, but the server/cook on the night of 15 October was a nightmare. He was unhappy when we disturbed him to ask for a bowl of noodles. All he was interested in was to play on his handphone. He shouted at a guest who was trying to be helpful by returning used bowls and utensils. Honestly, he should not be working in the hospitality industry. The hotel is located in a residential area with no restaurants or shops nearby, but it is clean and modern. Wanda mall is about 2km away. We walked there.

The location is good because it is not far from the expressway, and there are both slow and fast EV charges available at the hotel, the check-in process was not as smooth as other hotels as per my experience, they did not add the Wechat in advance which led to slower communication. The amenities were not good because we booked a room for three, but they only included items for two people, even after requesting for extra drinking water, we only got two more bottles, the washroom was not completely clean because we found strands of hair and the drain was not completely unclogged, it is still value for money based on the price I paid.

One can tell that this was a tip top hotel by its nice thick towels with logo, bed sheets etc. it is now getting outdated but it's kept clean and service is good. Quite professional staff and the breakfast is good.

The overall hotel experience was great. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk service was warm and attentive, the location was convenient, and it offered good value for money. I felt very comfortable staying here, and I would choose it again if I have the chance.
