2nd time staying at this very nice hotel with the most friendly and helpful service. Great location right besides the subway station, with plenty of restaurants and even a top supermarket in the shopping centre opposite. We were upgraded to a very large room, which was nice and everything worked perfect, as before. Breakfast buffet with a large choice was ideal for starting the day. Next time in Urumqi we will definitely book this Atour again.

The hotel was fully booked, so I upgraded the room. Although I only stayed for one night and had to fly the next morning, I was still very happy. The theater room is quite large, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is well separated. The hotel is very close to the airport, which can be reached in 20 minutes by car. It is also about 20 minutes from the Grand Bazaar, which is very convenient for travel. The breakfast is rich and delicious. It happened to be the Mid-Autumn Festival, and moon cakes were prepared. Takeout can be delivered directly to the room. The hotel is an old four-star hotel with a bit old facilities but complete facilities. The service is really very good. The security guard at the door helped me take my luggage to the front desk when he saw me at the door. While the location was a little far from the main attractions, we loved our stay at the Feshe Hotel! The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Equipped with a foot massager and Japanese toilet, the room had that extra touch of luxury. The decoration of the room and lobby was also exquisite. The breakfast was a Chinese breakfast.

It's a nice hotel. The service staff helped carry the luggage to the room. Miss Zubaidai at the front desk was very welcoming. The room was renovated and has all the facilities. Large floor-to-ceiling windows, pleasant views, great for taking photos. I will choose here again next time!

I was pleasantly surprised to get this room at this price. It was much better than the one I stayed in near the Urumqi Grand Bazaar. The room had a desk and a small refrigerator, which was quite convenient. The location is about 3 kilometers from Wuyue Plaza, which is convenient for shopping and dining. It is not far from the 3088 block, which is within walking distance and convenient for dining.

The hygiene of the room is average. There are hairs from previous guests on the bed, under the pillows, and on the back of the bed. The sewer in the bathroom is blocked and drainage is slow. The hygiene of the bathroom towels is also average. There are a lot of hairs on the carpet in the room. During the Spring Festival, hotel catering was suspended, and the hotel or Ctrip did not inform guests in advance. As a result, the two-day breakfast for points redemption was not resolved. What I am quite satisfied with is that the front desk has a good attitude and is relatively proactive in handling the above issues. The hotel is adjacent to Wanda Plaza, which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes.

Friends, the front desk took the initiative to call us to ask if we needed help. We had to catch the high-speed train at 6:30 the next morning. Special thanks to Xiao Wang at the front desk and the security guard on duty that day. Special thanks to the security guard. He was super enthusiastic and helped us tow.
