The property isn't fancy but it's clean and has everything that one needs in a motel room. 2 trashcans (a big one for me), refrigerator, microwave, comfortable bedding, good lighting, good heavy curtains, and CLEAN. Could have stayed elsewhere for $40 more/night. This option worked out fine for us. Will stay there again.

Desperately needs an update. You could see through the sheets they were soooo old . Frayed and dented. Don’t accept a room by the Freeway, loud. The pictures look good.

Everything was pretty good except our room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. I had to sign off at the desk that I would not smoke or I would be charged an additional $20 but I should have been given a $20 credit since you did not maintain a smoke free environment which I asked for. Also, because I booked my room online, I was charged $19 more than I would have if I would have called the hotel direct. This is nonsense. The price of the room should be the price, period!!

Definitely wasn't worth the money we paid for one night, very basic. Towels we were provided were stained and/or just dirty , water didn't get hot at all in the sink so I didn't even bother with the shower. Definitely stayed at better hotels in the area for less money.

Really well maintained and very clean and comfortable. Super quiet too. I’ve been staying there frequently over several years and always enjoy it. Great location too.

The toilet was filthy. The floor wasn’t vacuumed We asked for a ground floor room as I have mobility issues. I was told that none were available however the hotel was far from full. Someone also walked right into our room while we were in there. He couldn’t speak English only mandarin and had to use a translator to tell us he was checking g out the room. Unacceptable. The property has gone downhill. We used to stay here consistently. Will look elsewhere after this experience.

We always stay here when coming to town for a concert . Close enough also far enough away from Riverbend . Super clean and safe location . Sherry at the front desk always amazing
