Absolutely incredible place. Home away from home. Staff are extremely friendly. Room decor is stunning and most importantly, clean. Well done Team Teremok! Views are so pretty, really short walk to the Beach and conveniently close to a buzzing night life.

Just spent the week at Teremok. What a wonderful experience. The attention to detail on the finer things was so appreciated. The staff are incredible, so helpful and friendly. They are a reflection of the incredible management team. Will definitely be back.

So disappointing. I really felt let down as the adverts and pictures make you think this is a really up market venue. Overrun with monkeys, damp and musty and with no sea view to speak of, I was embarrassed i had brought VIP clients here. The therapists were also very loud.

The only complaint I have is that I did not stay longer! Teremok is simply stunning: a charming home with pleasing attention to detail, wonderfully decorated, calming atmosphere, delectable breakfast, on point spa treatments and a great location. The staff is attentive and gets service exactly right.

In my option the best hotel in Durban by far and we’ve stayed at what are supposed to be the best. Very intimate with only 8 beautiful suites. Everything was excellent, the staff, the service, the suites, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent !!!!! Excellent !!!!!! Excellent !!!!!! But please don’t book as next time we try to book they may be full.

Excellent 3 night stay. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, great bath and shower. Breakfast was delicious and appreciated all the small touches during the stay. From putting my Uber Eats delivery onto a tray and bringing it to my room to the biscuits with hand written note on departure.

I would recommend this guesthouse to everyone. Perfect location, walking distance from the lighthouse. Interior and exterior decoration very original and stylish. All facilities you need are available, inclusing swimming and spa. great hospitality. Excellent breakfast. Magnificent view at the ocean. Thank you Kim, Ninette and the rest of the staff for your great care during our stay. I would certainly come back.

Best, We chose to stay in the Durban View room. Very nice, spacious room with all facilities. Service was top notch from our arrival until the day of our departure. Very good location. Within walking distance of the center. Nothing to complain about at all.

It is difficult to perceive what I did no like about the this place. Location is perfect in a trendy section of Durban and also next to the warm Indian Ocean. The first impression as you arrive is that it is very private place ensconced inside a rain-forest like beach area. At reception you get the feeling that they know you personally and they are expecting you. The dote on you from meeting until when they deliver you to your room. VLADYKIN is the room I was assigned to and I go the impression (which may be wrong) that it is a well-sought after room for many that have been to this gem gem before. The owners have invested considerable creativity on presenting a unique ornamental antique experience as the photos will demonstrate. Pictures will speak much louder than my utterings. Breakfast is also a special feast of rarities, anchoring heavily on homemade culinary re-creations; a nice break from the battles of buffet.
