Professional staff, good food & location are some great features, breakfast was included in the hotel tariff and worthwhile with variety and catered to different diets. Located opposite function centre and next to a big shopping centre - very central. The' lazy' Sunday was a bonus - you could check out much later, I think at 6.00pm! Reception staff were very obliging. Good for business or leisure.

Was impressed with river view room and decor. Breakfast was AMAZING. A little too stark at reception if you wanted help - e.g. alternative parking, city questions even how to get to room. But all in all it’s a quality stay at really good value hotel, albeit human less.

Could use some renovation. Atleast in the bathroom of the room I stayed in. The shower was leaking and I couldn't close one of the glass doors to the shower because it felt like it was gonna break. There was kind of a mosaic floor in the shower and several of the squares was loose. Also a bit weird that the sink was outside of the bathroom, in the room. However, I didn't really care about that. The hotel is in a very good location. The breakfast is good and the staff is nice. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect getaway weekend, everything was so good, food, service, even the showergel and soap was good. Location of the hotel was near to everything. I have been to this hotel 8-9 times, and it is very comfortable.

Passing by by car, the room card says that dinner is free from Monday to Thursday, which is incredible. Located next to E12 and very close to the city center, it is very convenient. You can park on the road but it can be divided into single and double days. It is clean and convenient. There is a large lake next to E4 in 10 minutes by car. It is worth a visit.

Honestly the best scrambled eggs I've had from a hotel breakfast. Very polite and informative staff. Rooms were nothing special but thats not a bad thing either, they were well cleaned and fresh! The price even included dinner in the price aswell which made the stay even more worthwhile. I would for sure stay here again!

The location of the hotel is very good, in the center of the town, close to the river, the south side room can see most of UMEA town. The scenery is beautiful, sparsely populated, and the scenery is charming. Downstairs near the pedestrian street, there is a Dadong Chinese restaurant that tastes good. We returned to this hotel once more and stayed one night. Me and the family experienced a weekend and this stop was the last of our trip. Hotellet ligger 2 km från centrum och det är ju inte allt för långt bort att gå men kanske inte det roligaste om det är vinter och kallt. De har gott om parkeringar i anslutning till hotellet.
