A superb little floating house, with a very well optimized space for 4 people in a very quiet marina. Ideal starting point for visiting Amsterdam, Alkmaar or Haarlem. The village of Uitgeest is very quiet, all services nearby. Point which may be disturbin

Very nice houseboat in very good condition. The only criticism is that the wifi didn't work with all smartphones. Overall we were very satisfied. The location close to Amsterdam is great.
