Добрый день! На днях останавливался в данной гостинице и был неприятно удивлён. К сожалению плюсов вспомнить не могу. Разве что завтраки на 3+. Из минусов: 1. Очень маленькие номера. 2. Ужасно маленькая душевая кабина, я человек не большого роста (160см) и не толстый чувствовал себя как в консервов банке, очень это не понравилось. 3. В ванной комнате не работало отопление (было как в мясном отделе супермаркета) на просьбы что то с этим сделать сегодня не можем, на следующий день оставили заявку в итоге за всё время проживания этот недуг не победили. Температура на улице была -30. 4. Всех больше поразило что каждый раз клали вскрытый зубной набор в котором отсутствовала зубная паста (даже закралось мнение что мне эту же щётку из мусора обратно и клали уж подозрительно одинаково были из мяты зубья щётки). 5. Весь пол в каких то пятнах страшно и фантазировать что за пятна, разного цвета. 6. В номере нет, ни чайника, ни чая или кофе. Да что там, просто пустого стакана нет. 7. Вид из окна ужасный, лучше не смотреть, ну возможно просто мне так повезло. В целом подводя итог не советую эту гостиницу, поищите за такие деньги варианты по лучше. В Уфе они точно есть.

I liked your hotel very much: chic interiors, beautiful New Year's Eve decoration, good spa, free bottled water, a variety of Swedish Table breakfasts with honey in the mouth, 24 hours a day you can order food from the restaurant (on a separate menu) Directly into the room and perfect silence. At late check-in at 22:30, they were fed with dinner, although they should not. At early departure, they provided sandwiches and fruit. My comments were solely from the sincere desire to help make the hotel perfect. So: 1.Coffee for breakfast is impossible to drink, the problem is obviously in poor grains. 2.The waiters are loudly discussing the working moments (sook don't touch, let's leave for breakfast; eat until nobody cleans anything; do not miss the guest (prof.ethics) etc.) 3. The Light Something There Cocktails were served in unwrought glasses (with traces of dry drops), neatly as in the Soviet dining room. 4. The uniformity of lunches and dinners under the system ”all included” was unpleasantly surprised. On the second day there was no desire to choose food from the same, although everything was quite tasty. The servings are big. 5. The shower cabin at 337 was heavily flowing, a huge pot on the floor every time. 6. An incomprehensible light switching system in the room, it is a whole quest. 7. Beauty is synthetic, constantly electrified. 8.Olga from the SPA, recording the pool payment debt for me (the map with me to the pool I take not for safety reasons), frankly worried that I would refuse to pay. It was humiliating.

Неплохая гостиница, но, к сожалению, слишком много недочетов. Номер мне достался неплохой, но тесноватый, причем кровать поставлена так, что к шкафу уже не подойти. Тумбочка не дает подойти к окну. Номер был явно рассчитан на другую установку кровати и соответственно тумбочки, но кто-то поставил все так. В номере были следы жизнедеятельности других постояльцев. Одно полотенце было грязное, с большими коричневыми пятнами на белом фоне. Ковры и мебель немного «уставшие» Завтрак, «шведский стол» - неплохой, но уж слишком дорогой, для того выбора, что там предоставляется. Был обещан тренажерный зал и бассейн включенные в стоимость, но все было на ремонте и узнал я об этом только при заезде. Единственный явный плюс - это персонал на рецепшен, который старался учесть все мои пожелания. Итог: Минусы: грязь в номерах, дороговизна, отсутствие обещанной спортивной зоны. Плюсы: персонал на рецепшене, завтраки.

The wedding was celebrated in the Pop ap. COMPLETE DEAD. From the next hall, where the banquet was also going, only the curtains were separated. Listened to the lead and music from the SURE BANKET. I had a very unpleasant incident with the Head of Customer service Mr. Ilgiz. I have got a call at 10 am in the morning and was told to immediately leave the room. The explanation was very inaudible saying something like: we have to clean your suite as will need to show your room to some visitors coming at 12.00. I have a feeling that the guy had difficulties speaking Russian or English as he failed to explain details and kept urging me to leave the room immediately. In return I was offered to ”immediately move to De-Lux suite” that made absolutely no sense taking into account that I was to check out in couple of hours. A terrible service example for Crowne Plaza brand. I am an IHG Platinum member and stayed in numerous Crowne Plazas worldwide, so it's the first example how a good location and cleanliness of the Hotel can be easily ruined by a single wrong person on the stuff.

Horrible attention from personnel and hotel management. 1. Made 2 bookings and 2nd one needed to be moved to another date due to business needs, but hotel refused to do it and no any cancellation charge even they’ve been informed immediately. 2. During the stay, appeared in the morning there are no water supply to the hotel. No information, or any follow up. The price per night during high occupancy at ~200usd/day for standard room no breakfast included. Which is above the market in Ufa. I have decided to stay in this hotel due to location and view, and heavily regretted the decision.

We were with friends traveling, staying at this hotel. The administrator is responsive, literate girl. The rooms are clean, the waitresses clean up on first demand. There is a cafe where delicious breakfast is served. We will definitely come again!
