After reading the reviews I felt very positive about this property. But please don't go here. Don't lose money like me. Please. To begin with the property is in a good location - ie on the lake of the reservoir. So u get good views. But other than this there is nothing positive to say. We pay approximately 4500 per person per day. The rooms are shabby. The bedsheets are all dirty. Room is full of bugs and bug litter (lizard litter I guess). I stayed in room 2. It had the weirdest bugs ever! I can understand the property is inside the forest and bugs are expected. But atleast when a family is checking in a person can go clean it. Highlight was the washroom. No obvious stains or stinks. But it was full of bug litter. When I entered I asked the staff to clean. And what an amazing feat he cleaned it within 2 minutes! All he did was pour some water and came out to tell "it's clean already". It's a government (aided) property what else can one expect! They have this time slots of when what will be served. If u ask anything out of this slot u won't get it. I reached there around 6, given the totally aloof route, my old mother in law wanted a tea once we reached and guess what they did not serve tea because it was outside the slot! Let's come to evening snack and dinner Snack - tomato sauce diluted as soup with maggi, chilli bhajji (great options right!) Dinner - roti size of coaster, dhal, beetroot poriyal, beans kurma, nimbu rasam, pulao, plain rice, curd, pickle, bread croutons and rabadi, egg masala and some non veg item ( I m a veg so no idea what it was) No items are labelled. So u have to play the guess game with ur family. In the list of above items the only thing that was consumable was the dhal, plain rice, curd, pickle. Beetroot and beans korma were too salty my kid almost vomitted. Pulao - I don't even know if it's was intended to be that - horrible, simply horrible. Roti were coasters. Rabadi was basically milk boiled with sugar and thickened with rice flour slurry. Bread croutons - ok let's not talk about it. The property is in forest - so it's dark yes. But they can keep few good bright lamps for pavements right. But no they don't disturb nature and keep the lowest bright ones possible. Given that there is no room service, making the kids and old people walk back and forth for the "food slots" is an adventure on its own. One other major discomfort we as family felt was - the entertainment room - the place were board games are kept and the bar are the same. And whenever u wanna walk into the dinning area u need to cross this bar area. If looking to avoid this, need to take the tedious route of climbing numerous slippery dangerous steps up and down. So u can't let the kids play for too long too in here. The staff is not bothered about giving u a good experience. They wanna complete the task given to them and they won't take the extra step to keep u comfortable. There is absolutely NOTHING POSITIVE ABOUT THIS PLACE. Literal waste of
